I have been going to Rosie for years. She is knowledgeable and a true artist. She listens and gives you what you want, not what she thinks is appropriate. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gone to other people only to have it removed and redone. I have referred many people to her who are pleased as well. Rosie has my highest recommendation for her craft.

Rosie is excellent! She has an amazing eye, confident hand and spunky personality so we had a blast chatting while I got my new brows! They look great and I would recommend her to anyone! First went to Rosie Wells sometime in the late 1970s or early 1980s when I was in my early 30s. Was nervous, but Rosie made me so comfortable because of her personality and how she explained to me exactly what she was going to do. The results were more than I could have wished and compliments from friends, relatives and even strangers were ongoing. Started recommending Rosie to family and friends and everyone I recommended was as satisfied with Rosie as I was. Fast forward to 2016 and I am still with Rosie. She is the only person, other than my optometrist, who I trust with my eyes. Rosie has become a very dear and precious friend. Yes I am biased but please believe me when I tell you that Rosie is the person to make you look special. By the way I am 67 yrs. old now and plan on going to Rosie until she retires ( I hope that's not for a long time).

I would never go to anyone else for permanent makeup because Rosie is so knowledgable, is pain free, and a true artist. I have been a customer of hers in St. Thomas since the early 1990's and will continute to use her! I touch up my makeup every 4 years and she is the ONLY one I will let near my face.
