Picture People

We have been to The Picture People in Mayfair on 4 seperate occassions. The first time we went the pictures turned out great and I couldnt have been happier. We did wait a long time however. They ask you to come 10 minutes early...we were early and still waited over 30 minutes past our appointment time. On our second visit the photographer was terrible. We purchased pictures and a hi-res CD with the images on it. The pictures we had printed were completely off-center and looked horrible! The pictures on the CD were not any better. The background screens had marks all over them and they showed in the pictures.I was so disappointed that I called and scheduled a re-shoot. The manager was helpful and they reshot the pictures. Our last visit was just a week ago. Our photographer was just ok. However our printed pictures are again terrible with our sons face being pink because the adjusted the color. Also all the poses are the same - gets old when you have been 3 times.
