Greyhound Bus

No answers the phone their customer service skills are terrible,I will be giving the cooperation a call for their actions... Not a satisfied customer!

I just tried to call to get information and the phone just rang rang and rang. They are so unprofessional this is not the first time I had a professional lism with Greyhound. I will never ever used a service and I will never recommend their service to anyone.

They don't answer the phone. Very unprofessional.

Employee was playing on the phone I kept calling she kept saying weird things and hanging up on me. This is very unprofessional

I like Greyhound because the employees are pleasant, they are fast as far as getting my tickets on time before boarding the bus and the bus is always on time!

Who ever put together this website for the Grayhound Bus for Milwaukee need to be fired. I wish to simply pay for some online tickets and can't because of the very annoying pop - up coupon deals. No wonder your not making money. I can't even give the star rating for zero stars.

I showed hadlast minute to buy a ticket and they told me I had to call 48hrs in advance for my service dog to be welcome. I never did buy I ticket nor will I ever I felt so unwelcomed there.
