Dicarlo Salon

This place is undependable. I had given them over 400 dollars of business over a 7 month period to do my bridal hair, yet they "Forgot" to order my extensions for my hair an then instead of calling and admitting it, they wrote me an email of which I got the day before my wedding at my rehearsal lunch at 5 pm. In it they tell me that I have to go to Sally's beauty supply and pick up my extensions. I really hope brides don't make the decision I made to go with such a poorly managed salon. Who needs the stress of someone telling you that they don't have the ability to buy your extensions the day before the wedding? They lost out on 9 people coming to their salon when the Owner, Jason, did not only act condescending and rude but Abby, the girl who was supposed to do my hair, did not come to the phone or answer any of my questions as to what was going on. Jason made me cry and he had no remorse. I am so amazed at it, that I had to write the staff of over 15 hotels and event managers so that they could know that this salon is not to be trusted. I have never been treated so poorly and I don't really see how this salon will make it if they continue to treat their customers like this. They may blow up sites like Yelp with their few friends writing fake reviews, but in all reality, their business is sinking and thats something that won't change til they do. The concierge at the hotel I was staying at even told me that Jason had been in begging him to refer people to his salon. Thankfully he helped me to find a great new salon to do my wedding hair for my mom and I. We were lucky. we obviously did not want someone who was condescending and rude to be a part of my biggest day. I'm lucky to have so many amazing other vendors who made my day amazing!! But dicarlo salon, you are one that will fade quickly and its not my fault, its yours.
