Churchill III Limousine Inc

We rented a limo from Church Hill limo 2081 S 56th St West Allis WI. When the limo arrived it was the wrong size that we walked thru when renting it, the radio didn't work, the air conditioning was out, the driver never came out escorted us in or helped us. Later after getting to our reception my bridesmaid purse with her debit card and $100 was missing. We called the limo service who was very rude and said they couldn't look in the limo til Monday. Sunday the next day a man from west Allis two blocks from the limo service found the wallet and debit card and looked up my bridesmaids number and called her land line. We filed a police report. The limo services admitted he stole the money and limo driver was fired and the owner would give us a call back. A week later of calling everyday to figure this out and get money back the owner was horrible!! I talked to the owner he admitted the limo driver was never fired and he didn't do and said I'm not arguing with these people and handed the phone off to his manager.

Worst service I have ever experienced. My bridesmaids wallet was stollen, the air conditioning didn't work, he radio didn't work... I called and complained all week to finally get the unperfessional owner who handed the phone away and said I'm not dealing with this. I will not stop complaining until I get my money back.

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR QUALITY SERVICE, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!!!!!!

Beware of their service it was the worst ride. No working air and just awful service

Beware of this limo service - they are a sham outfit-

we rented there limo for our event and the ride was awful with absolutely no air circulation-

when we called there attitude was that it was in the contract that they have only air cooling -

However this was also not there - the limo had no air circulation period. We will not recommend this service to any of our friends or family.

Our office was using this limo service for our staff outing to the Jimmy Buffet concert, I don't think it is pertinent but we are a dental office. When we booked our limo over the phone with Ken, we were very excited, we had decided on the black limo with the "poles" and giant TV. We asked the bus to meet us at our office at 3 pm so when we showed up at 2:45 we were very surprised to see a giant white bus in our parking lot. The first thing our driver Dave said to us was "can I have the credit card the limo was billed on" followed by "where are we going again?" Looking past the exterior we entered the bus and found that there were no poles, no TV, and barely working A/C. Let me tell you, it was VERY hot this day! When the driver was asked about the A/C we were informed it was only working in the front(and clearly blasting up in the cab by him), he informed us if we would stop exiting and entering the bus then he could close the door and the A/C could build up. None of this was said with courtesy. When we informed the driver of the mistake/issues he rudely said well this is a better more expensive bus with a "why are you complaining" attitude. He informed us that if we wanted the other bus it would be at least 45min to switch them out. We opted to keep the white/wrong bus so we could get to our concert on time. Once we finally arrived at our venue, our driver conveniently disappeared when it was time to unload our belongings and once again was nowhere to be found when it was time to pack up. After the weekend was over and we had time to process and cool off from the situation we called the owner Ken to express our disappointment with their staff and services. He was VERY argumentative and would not give us a chance to explain anything, he kept saying "I gave you a better bus, and I gave you a good deal, its always those people who come back and complain." We explained that we paid a lot of money(over $1100) and were required to pay a mandatory 20% cash tip which led him to say "I'm the best company out there and don't do business with me anymore," he then proceeded to hang up. AWFUL! Would not recommend to anyone!!!!

The service was friendly and very professional. Rosemary and Ken were so easy to work with considering we had such a huge wedding requiring two coach buss' and three limousines. My day was perfect and my guests were so impressed with the class and professionalism that Churchill III showed that we have had several friends and family tell us that they can"t wait to have a Churchill III limo at their next event. Again thanks Ken and Rosemary we will never forget you guys.
