Since I bought my first house a year ago, I've purchased furniture from a few different places in the Milwaukee area and I must say - this one is blowing the other ones out of the water.

The moment you step in the door, someone is there to help. The guy we worked with was both helpful and not overbearing. He didn't try to upsell us and was very focused on finding exactly what we needed. Their furniture is clearly higher quality than other large furniture stores in the area and I was quite impressed with the selection and prices.

We ended up buying a bedroom set and were quoted 6-8 weeks. Two weeks later someone called me to set up an appointment for delivery and we were able to schedule it just a few days later.

The delivery guys just left and they were incredibly quick and professional. They set up the entire bedroom set exactly how I wanted it and were here for maybe 15 minutes.

I'll definitely be returning.

This was my first time buying furniture for myself; I had done my research and also had terrible experiences with Steinhafels and American--typical hovering, price gauging, insulting my age/seriousness of buying. My friend and parents suggested Bilt Rite, I cautiously gave them a try.

WOW! I had a simply MARVELOUS experience from the minute I entered the door, to selecting pieces and fabrics that go together and compliment my style choices, to delivery. We had one communication error during the process; however, it was handled professionally and efficiently--they made me feel like I made the right choice and that I was a valuable customer to them.

Randi and Bill were patient, helpful, and knowledgeable about my questions and explaining how the furniture is made, did I mention they were patient? They did not hover and let me look around the store (several times) and when I was ready to discuss something, they were with me immediately.

The pricing was the best I've seen (including online) along with their holiday specials throughout the year, I don't think you can get a better buy for real, quality furniture.

The delivery was seamless, the gentlemen were polite, clean, and respectful of my space and even taking care to make sure my cat wasn't in the way or getting out! The best part was: they even called to see if they could come early!

Finally...the end product...I LOVE my new furniture. It's comfortable, stylish, and seems durable and will last me a long time. I will, with no question, purchase all of my future furniture from Bilt Rite. I couldn't be happier with my chocies and the service I received. Thanks Randi, Bill, and the Bilt Rite family!

Again, we had a wonderful experience at Bilt-Rite. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. We got to meet the latest family member Noah and know that he will be just as friendly and helpful as the other family members have been in the past. We have been dealing with Bilt Rite for over 20 yrs just my husband and myself and his Mother also shopped at Bilt Rite when it was on Mitchell St. The new location is wonderful with so much more room to walk around and see everything.

"BILT RITE. DONE RITE." This would sum it up for me after my first, but certainly not my last visit to their Greenfield store. My daughter and I set out one day with a long list of stores to shop for new furniture for my home office/den. We needed not go any further that day. Upon entering their front door, we were greeted kindly and the experience just got better from there. I found exactly what I wanted in home office furniture and they even made some custom adjustments for me very easily. The sleeper sofa with the upgraded inflatable mattress is so comfortable that my elderly mom has claimed the den for her guest room! Bilt Rite has become my new best friend for future furniture purchases (whether you like it, or not, Randi-- haha). Do yourself a favor--- support a local Milwaukee area business AND get exactly what you want--- you need look no further than BILT RITE!

This has been our family furniture store for three generations. They have always treated us with kindness and always worked with us in getting the furniture we dreamed of. There furniture is simply the best in quality and variety. I bought my sofa set from them 10 years ago and it is still in good shape. I bought my beautiful bedroom set 10 years ago and the same thing. Thanks Biltrite Furniture!

I have been very happy with the furniture and mattresses I have purchased. The selection and quality of merchandise is excellent. The sales staff are the best. Prices are straightforward, no gimmickry, no pressure. Definitely my favorite furniture store.

This is the first place I go when shopping for furniture. They have the best selection and prices anywhere and the customer service is excellent! There are no high pressure sales people following you around the store harassing you just friendly people available to help with whatever you need. Randi is super!
