The UPS Store

My Fiancé and I were in the Millburn, NJ store approx. 2 hours ago. Nada and her male colleague (I did not get his name) were absolutely outstanding -- this is what they did: 1.) Parking in that area is "super-tight" and the closest parking spot was at least 300 feet away ... We had 4 bulky boxes and we needed a cart or dolly ... .... My Fiancé is disabled and definitely needed to enter the store... Nada walked out onto the street to speak on her cell with us and guide us into a far-superior, super-convenient parking spot ... she and the quite-helpful, professional gentleman quickly and carefully carried all of the boxes into the store through the back door -- Once we were in, everything was quickly set up and then Nada worked very fast, accurately and provided knowledge to us along the way... The entire time we interacted with Nada and her male colleague, they were personable and were putting out so much positive energy and coolness that it was an absolutely fun experience for my Fiancé and I to be there. My Fiancé is not very computer savvy and she was / is greatly appreciative of the large amount of help that Nada gave. On a completely objective scale, if 100 is the highest score, the male staff member earned a 110 and Nada fully-earned a 145. (One Hundred Forty-Five for Nada and One Hundred Ten for the Male.) It is absolutely refreshing to receive Service like that "in this day and age"... Remarkable... If UPS could clone those two staff members and employ them throughout the company, then UPS would be the best company anywhere... We "almost cannot wait" to bring our next load of business to this UPS Store... Michael L. and Lainie L.
