I worked with Mike Jordan, the service manager, and wealth the service technician. Both were absolutely fantastic. So responsive and reasonable and fair. They will be our first call for any other purchases or service requirements in the future

Until this year I did not have problems with frank's but we bought a new washer from them and had issues from the start. ..they kept coming to try and fix issues over several months. I was told that the washer could not be replaced because the repair guys would not have a job if everything was just replaced and that whirlpool does not want to replace it.
After they changed out many parts. ..the washer leaked and destroyed my brand new hardwood floors. I had to have floors ripped up and replaced. When I contacted Frank'sthat time, they finally replaced the washer and took the old one. My insurance company asked Franks to keep the washer because they would want to investigate /test it. Frank's did not keep it despite being asked so my insurance could not test and therefore I could not get my deductible back. It was a sneaky , unethical thing to do and I will never do business with them again.

So I had Franks appliance look at and fix my dryer. It Turns out a bolt was clogged and it needed a door switch. The guy was here for 40 minutes and I was charged a diagnostic fee of $99.50 and a technical service fee of $25 and $35 for parts. I asked what the diagnostic fee was and he said the first half hour is $99.50 and $25 more every half hour more.



So essentially I was charged $125 for 40 minutes. I don't know if all appliance places charge this high but if they do, I will not be having any more appliances fixed, I will just replace them because it doesn't cost much more.. All I know is I will not be calling Franks Appliance again because of their outrageous rates.
