I DON'T KNOW ABOUT THEIR PLUMBING, AND NEVER WILL. AS FOR THEIR RESIDENTIAL OIL FURNACE INSTALLATION , THEY SUCK. THEIR PRICES ARE RIDICULOUS AND THEIR QUALITY OF WORK IS PISS POOR. THEY INSTALLED MY FURNACE AND I RAN IT ONE YEAR. THIS YEAR IT WOULDN'T START AND RUN, SO I HAD MIDDLETOWN ICE AND COAL SERVICE IT. IT WAS SO FULL OF SOOT IT BLOCKED THE CHIMNEY END OF THE FURNACE. THIS WAS BECAUSE OF THE AIR/FUEL MIXTURE THEY SET. IT TOOK FOUR HOURS TO CLEAN UP THE MESS THEY CAUSED, AND AT MY EXPENSE. BELIEVE ME WHEN I TELL YOU TO STAY CLEAR OF THESE WANT TO BE AMATEURS. THEY COULDN'T RUN A ONE CAR JUNKYARD.

Peiffer Plumbing is a most unprofessional outfit. They don't answer their phone, you have to leave a message and they MIGHT call you back within the next week.

Once they do come out, if your home isn't quite up to their high standards, they give you an estimate and then they say ".... and we're NOT a lending institution". I am not a rich person, my house is just a regular house, no mansion type of place. But I had more than enough money to pay them and was so insulted by the owner when he came out and said that to me, I called their competitor and would never recommend this guy to anyone. The competitor that I called came in, did the job, spoke to me with respect, I paid the bill before they left and was very happy. Call anyone but Peiffer Plumbing.
