Black Creek Custom Homes

Notice all the reviews that are 5 starred are from customers who only looked but didn't actually purchase. They're good at talking a good game but when it comes time to actually doing business this company sucks! We purchased a modular home through this company and have been waiting more than 6 months to see it finished. A company in the housing industry with no sub contractors to do the job. No way it should take over 6 months to complete a modular home! One excuse after the other, waiting on permits, waiting on materials, waiting on call backs, waiting on quotes. If the project manager actually did her job there would be a lot less waiting and a lot more production. It's pretty bad when the customer has to answer questions from the project manager on things that need to be done. Shouldn't be the other way around? So expect to spend a lot of personal time making sure things are done correctly because no one from Black Creek comes out to the site. And don't expect them to follow their own estimated time of completion which is 30-45 days from when home is placed on site. They actually make you sign a form acknowledging that! What a joke!! The whole company from the top down is a joke! Stay away like I wish I would have!

Nice homes and the salesperson was real nice walked us through all of them and the homes were beautiful and affordable. The homes were really amazing tall ceilings big rooms and really nice kitchen options. The prices were really good also. We had a great time checking out the homes and they have a very good selection.

We were very dissatisfied, we walked in no one welcomed us like 5 other locations did. We both used the restroom still no one said a word. One salesperson was texting or looking something else up on her phone the other lady was doing paperwork. We were the only customers there at the time. Then I walked into her office she said she never heard us. The place was supper quiet. Then she showed us we're to go then when we get done to come back in. One of the mobile has a bees nest in front of the door and another mobile someone used both toilets so urine smell was horriable. We will not. It from there oh being the up front service was so. Ad we just left headed to another place. So they missed this sale!

Great homes and we liked the prices and the staff were friendly and helpful they answered a ton of questions we had and priced out a few homes for us and we lik what we have seen so much we plan on buying from Black Creek Custom Homes.

Great choices nice staff and the prices are also excellent. We are going to buy land and a home because we really liked the quality of the homes and the price.

We decided to drive over and we are glad we did the homes were great and the prices were very good. They also did a great job answering all of our questions. We liked the homes a lot and will be back to choose one.

We found this place to be great! The staff was helpful and we loved the quality and selection. Very nice mobile homes the nicest we have seen and the prices are very affordable.

We will be deciding on a model and because of the excellent customer communication skills,it will be from Black Creek Custom Homes in Middleburg Fl.

They are not very helpful when it comes to giving you time lines to when things will be done. They pass you around to multiple people during the buying process. It has been a nightmare.
