Moving here was the worst mistake ever made. The maintenance here is the worst I have ever seen. Their has never been a job started that was done correctly the first time, some time it's taken 3 times to correct the problem. When I moved in the fernis was not cleaned or maintained. I got sick from breathing contaminated air. After multiple verbal and written request over a span of a month it was finally cleaned. After a written complaint my car was hit by snow removal equipment used by the apparent company in December, mid January I have not received payment for damages, may never. I was threatened with court action for late charges which was paid on time and for false charges. Maintenance and office staff has invaded privacy on numerous occasions. I have been threatened with eviction for their misinterpretation of the lease. Their has been name calling by staff. Think twice before you move here and think twice before you sign anything for these people. You may be making a big mistake.
