When I first booked my appointment I was skeptical, but i still went because I really liked Dr Hasan's work. I came from NY to Miami and was picked up at the airport they drove me to my Hotel and and to the clinic. To be honest the worker don't know what they are doing but I can really say that Dr. Hasan is the best Dr in that clinic. I got all of my post op things on postopdolls.com

DO NOT GIVE THESE CROOKS YOUR MONEY THEY WILL TAKE THEIR TIME GIVING YOU A REFUND. The worst experience I have had in my life.



I made a deposit of 1,000 in August 2015. I decided I didnt want to continue to have the surgery with them because of school and time conflicts so I decided to cancel my surgery. The deposit is 100% refundable. So I call to speak with my coordinator Martha and she tells me that it will take 2 weeks. I call back two weeks later and they tell me that she hasnt even started the refund. I speak to the refunds manager MAGALY CABAN and this lady tells me that it will take 4-8 weeks for a refund. I get everything documented in email because I am not playing with them and it now past the deadline for the refund (December 21st) and I still haven't received anything. And now whenever I call this lady supposedly is not in the office. I AM ABOUT TO SUE THE CRAP OUT OF THIS COMPANY AND I WANT TO WARN EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!

Don’t pay anything in advance because you never will get your money back. They cancelled my appointment because of a medical reason which was perfectly fine with me, but of course I wanted my $ 5’720 back. I had to engage a lawyer and after ONE YEAR I received $ 5’600 back. Plus I had to pay my lawyer. THEY ARE SCUM BAGS!

So far I have not had any issues with the girls at Vanity. All the staff have been polite and helpful. My patient coordinator Keila is wonderful. She responds to my emails same day and always calls me back. The office can get hectic tho.

Dr.mcdoo was great but this clinic is horrible, they are not organize at all i came to do liposuction and fat transfer my results are amazing because of the doctor but i only see him twice when i went to my valoration and the day of the surgery at fhe second day i had to come back my appointment was at 10 am i was in pain and they made me wait till 1pm and i was not the only one waiting with pain after the surgery they dont respect their patients, i also had the post massages with them they didnt work because the lasy was busy in her phone she will do the massages with one hand and she was texting with the other and im just mentioning this two events but they were a lot more their attention of the attention in front desk is disorganized and rude , really rude i felt i was in a meat section of a supermarket than in a clinic i will never ever recommend this place ! Im sorry for the doctor because he is good but he needs to go away from this clinic before he gets bad prestige because of them .....stay away from them !

STAY AWAY!!! Please do not make the same mistake I did. These people are complete crooks. Do yourself a favor and stay away at all costs. Ten weeks later I am still waiting for a $1500 refund after numerous excuses and lies from the staff. How you could trust these liars with something as critical as your life is beyond me.



I am suing them, it seems there are many disgruntled and wronged clients. If anyone wants to join in let me know!

Place is a thief they stole my money and do not want to give it back to me and it's a guaranteed refund 100% and you supposed to get your refund back within four weeks supposedly mine took over a four week and I'm still waiting. bad for business not professional at all do not waste your time with thim.

Had liposuction with Dr. Fisher he never returned my calls once I didn't get the desired results. They lie and tell you he's in vacation even though I follow him online and he clearly is not. The manager Claudia is very rude and condescending I wish I listened to every review about this place they take your money then hide from you. Claudia was unpleasant to talk to like everyone says then she will lie to you and avoid your calls. Stay away it's no wonder people died here they are extremely negligent money comes before service with this company. If they were business savy they would actually try to Retain customers that already spent thousands there.

Bad, nunca regresare a este lugar, el procedimiento fue un desastre quede con el 50 % de grasa, no te hablan claro, lo permitido en la florida es sacar 5 litros de grasa y si estas muy gorda es mejor que bajes primero, pues de lo contrario te quedaras igual, solo quieren cobrar y muy amables que son para hacerlo, pero cuando vas a reclamar eres una indeseable para ellas, siempre con intrigas nadie se hace responsible por tus resultados...... dinero perdido y nunca recuperado,

Hola, fuí por rellenos faciales (botox y restylane) y el resultado no me gustó para nada. Inicialmente, el restylane mejoró la apariencia de los surcos nasolabiales en gesto serio, pero como a los tres días, al reírme, mis cachetes parecían los de un payaso, como si todo el producto se hubiera ido para ahí. Horrible.



En cuanto al botox, no me hizo absolutamente ningún efecto, y eso que solo tenía una pata de gallo de cada lado y ligeras arruguillas debajo de los párpados inferiores. Además de no notar cambio alguno en ese sentido, al surgir los cachetones se me hizo una especie de hueco entre el límite de la mejilla y la zona bajo los párpados inferiores.



Ese hueco hace que se noten más los problemillas que trataba de ocultar. Pero no solo eso: al cabo de 15 días tras el tratamiento, noté que había una asimetría. De un lado de la cara estaba más "estirada" que del otro, es decir, en un lado se hacía un bache, y en el otro, no.



A esto debo añadir los dolores de cabeza que me dieron durante la primera semana y de los cuales no me advirtieron. Tuve que llamarlos, asustadísima, para que me dijeran que eso era normal.



Por otro lado, quienes me aplicaron las inyecciones, las dos doctoras que se dedican a esto, no me preguntaron nada de nada antes de hacerme el tratamiento, y según he leído, ellos tienen que saber si tengo antecedentes de alergias a algún medicamento, si me estoy medicando en ese momento, etc.,



Tampoco me dijeron qué hacer y qué no después del procedimiento. Yo tomé precauciones por si acaso, pero esperaba mucha más información de su parte.



Esto fue con respecto al tratamiento en sí. En el customer service también hubo fallos. Pagué por adelantado los servicios y el día que fuí a aplicarme el retylane me dijeron que no había. Me quedé en shock, ¿Cómo que no hay? En fin, tuve que volver en otra oportunidad.



Ahora, luego de cuatro meses de haberme sometido a estos rellenos, no veo las santas horas de que pase el tiempo necesario para que esos productos sean absorbidos completamente y desaparezcan de mi cara. Porque supuestamente se van con el tiempo, en ocho meses más o menos, según me dijeron.



Fuí a la clínica porque me queda cerca de casa y por los precios que ofrecen, pero es preferible irse lejos y pagar más antes que pasar por esto. No recomiendo esta clínica a nadie.

Hola a todos : Muchos feedbacks bellisimos sobre esta clinica y sinceramente del aspecto quirurjico no tengo complains porque jamas use sus servicios pero ahi es donde empieza la parte de mi odisea con esta clinica. Si va a hecerte una operacion y estas completamente segura bien, de lo contrario preparate a miles de llamadas por telefonos y a respuestas diferentes todos los dias porque siempre tienen un problema nuevo para devolverte tu deposito si cambiaste idea. y mi pregunta es la siguiente. para cobrar un deposito se toman 30 segundos y para devolvertelo se toman mas tiempo que los astronautas en llegar a la luna.? No me parece un comportamineto claro , professional ni eficiente. No se cuanto durara este post en esta pagina pero la mala publicidad se observa mas que la Buena y el pasapalabra es rapido y contagioso. Dire a todas las personas que conosco que le digan a todas las personas que conocen de ir a esta clinica cosmetic solo si es el ultimo lugar donde pueden ir y aun asi que sepan que su dinero no esta seguro con esos llamados especialistas.

very unprofessional , one word to sum it all up to not be nasty.. i started doing their layaway plan for BA, shortly after i had a death in my family unfortunately .and i couldnt make the payments and had decided to get a refund and come back when i was ready . after signing all the refund papers, i just had to wait. the first girl told me no more than 15 days til i receive my money .. after 20 days still no money i called and was told to speak with Mercedes in charge of refunds, she told me she was super busy and couldnt speak to me then she would call me right back . next day comes , nothing. following day nothing . i call again speak with Mercedes she says "let me finish with this patient and ill call you in 15 minutes". 15 min. later later and still nothing . i call the next day and ask to speak with office manager they put her through. (i dont think she was the office manager ) she gets on the phone doesnt apologize for not calling me back or jerking me around . takes 5 minutes to tell me i should have my money by coming tuesday and that there's nothing she can do . and hangs up . it has been 4 weeks and still no refund . and the fact that i was planning on going back but now after this issue i couldnt trust them with not another penny .. and this isnt even telling you how my consult EXPERIENCE was.

I had decided to postpone my bbl at Vanity because of family. Vanity or West dade surgery center (they have so many names) should really inform their patients before they accept any payment about their company policies . Some people have emergencies that happen and they tell me I have wait 4-6 weeks to get a refund that took 5-10 mins to process off my debit card . They really can't give a straight answer but tells you it's company policy . I called my bank they said if the company is unwilling to cooperate , that they will dispute the issue for me . No one should have to wait that long when majority companies give back refunds within 24 hours or a week is reasonable . Maria the office manager said, "they refund other ppl money the same day due to something not regard surgery ." doesn't make since what happen to the company policy.. Anyway I need my money back into my account .ASAP (I wrote this 2 months ago and I still haven't got my money back and I understand why do this company give ppl a run around just to get their money back )

Hoy tuve mi consulta sobre un aumento de senos y todo se ve muy bien hasta ahora el Dr. Bass sabía exactamente lo que debo conseguir para mi tamaño y la figura corporal. Él recomendado consigo una taza de tamaño mediano C debido a mi altura y peso. Me peso aproximadamente 145 libras y tengo una altura de 5'4. Los coordinadores eran extremadamente servicial y fueron capaces de mostrar algunos de los trabajos del pasado. Mi fecha para la cirugía está programada para 20 de agosto con el Dr. Bass.
