He enjoys the wide spectrum of patients and conditions he encounters in primary care and works with individuals to formulate personalized health plans that will meet their unique needs.Dr. Troncales graduated with honors from the University of Santo Tomas where he went on to earn his MD. He completed his residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in pulmonary and critical care at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. He is an active member of the American College of Chest Physicians and the American Thoracic Society.He is certified with the American Board of Internal Medicine for Internal Medicine and Pulmonology/Critical Care.
