I needed to move my car and the stress of moving and packing was unbelievable but Leo took care of the movement of my car flawlessly. He was very sincere, honest, and always answered my calls. I would definitely recommend Leo and use his services again.

PLEASE READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!! BE AWARE!!!! THE TRANSPORTING IS NOT THE ISSUE HERE! IT IS THE CHARGES!!! While my car was received without incident, the charges originally quoted were NOT. I was quoted $775.00 for my transport-all included by David Houston. The contract stated that there was an extra $14.95 processing fee, I called back and he waived it. Well, I got my bill and there was the $14.95 fee and I brought it to their attention and they said that the waiving never happened. Went back to the account to get the new contract; it was deleted and so was the original contract. Then he suggested he would go back and play back the phone tape; I said please do. He didn't do it either. This about the prinicpal of keeping your word and professionalism as a business. NEVER AGAIN!!! It is unbelieveable how they scam a stupid processing fee and then lie to you about it!!! Honesty is advertised in their flyer. NOT TRUE! STUPID are those who who use their services after being warned.

UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE!!! My wife went in to inquire about their services and the disgusting man that greeted her by the name of "Rene", was so disrespectful to her asking her about her relationship status, hitting on her, and when she spurned his advances- he became outraged and belligerent. This is not PlentyOfFish.com Rene. Google it. Is that how you treat women and people at your business? As for service, you won't find it here. The WORST transport company ever. They overcharged us and wanted $300 more to have our car expedited to meet the original ship date, then lost our car and when we inquired about those issues, he YELLED, "You'll get your car when you get your car!" as he laughed with his co-workers. If that wasn't bad enough he shrieked nastily, "Hope you get scammed the next time you need transport services and don't come crawling back to me!". By far, the worst individual I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. How they're in operation is beyond me. Rene, here's a TIP, "Treat people with respect and you'll be treated with respect in return". What is wrong with you!? I'm sorry life has treated you unfairly where you feel the need to be a rude, disgusting, and despicable individual. You certainly aren't a man in any form, take your social ineptness and SEEK PROFESSIONAL HELP! You'd think being old, unsightly, and repulsive would be bad enough and would've taught you manners and how to behave, but clearly you're nothing but a CERTIFIED PIG.

South Beach Transport Was Amazing



South Beach Transport treated me with great respect. Picked up my vehicle and kept me updated the whole way through transit. My Rep Daniel was extremely knowledgeable of the industry. I Recommend anyone who is shipping a vehicle to call him 888-379-2406

If you like being treated poorly and professionalism is unimportant, then these guys have you covered. They start off with a sales pitch that just bad mouths their competitors and they urge you to “burn the emails any competitors sent you” (kind of a silly pitch, but ok). After you (and I, foolishly) agree to their terms and sign paperwork, they’ll continue to spam the crap out of your inbox with ads (why, you already have my business?), annoying, but whatever :delete:. After the carrier picked up my car, they called my phone 13 times and left 5 voicemails with in a couple hours of each other! It was in the middle of my work day, why can’t I just call you back on my break!? When I called back, they increased the price to transport my car $100! I told them I wasn’t paying an increase and I already had a signed contract. I talked to the actual company moving my car and South Beach Transport gave them a quote that was higher than what they told me, just plain bad business. Finally picked up my car (it was in good shape). Bottom line, be careful what broker you use to transport your vehicle, might as well pay the extra $100 to one of the other guys rather than get jerked around by South Beach Transport. Due to an awful experience and feeling like the broker cared more about getting his cut rather than providing good, honest customer service, I would not recommend these guys. (The employees pose as customers and post good reviews)
