Experience AWEFUL! Initially impressed with sales person Frank Diaz, until he made an error in our order, taking almost 6 weeks to get corrected with countless visits to store about 8 calls to customer service. Wasn't resolved until I told them to cancel the entire order.

Delivery has been another major problem. As of today almost 2 months after our purchase, we are still waiting for a cocktail table that has come damaged twice!!! Evidently, tables etc, are shipped from Tampa boxed, NOT ASSEMBLED! Further more, NO ONE checks the condition of boxes when loaded on trucks! Drivers assemble the furniture when they arrive at your home, provided it is not damaged! Then they don't even assemble the piece!

So Rooms to Go sells assemble furniture, if I had known. would have ordered from Wayfair or some other online company, saving money. Additionally, would have not lost 3 days of work revenue, less aggravation! All I can say, BEWARE of ROOMS TO GO!
