Principal Lenders Group

I took out a loan from this company almost 3 years ago but the day that I gathered the money to pay them they switched the amount i owed them and added an extra $1,000.00 I couldn't believe it because i always paid on time and was very responsible with my payments. They took advantage of how well i paid them and just increased 1k overnight. This company owe's me 1k but i have not heard from then since. One of the persons involved in messing up my loan was Alison Casas. She clearly told me i owed one amount one day and then added an extra 1k right after i told her i had the previous amount i told her! This business practices should not be allowed!
