My dog Pandy received excellent medical care from Miami Pet Emergency this evening. Dr. Smith was professional and caring. Cost was reasonable for a visit to the vet at 1 in the morning. Would use again (but hope my Pandy doesnt get sick again) and recommend A++

Yesterday!!! My first visit to Miami Pet Emergency and I was so very impressed with the super friendly staff and the facilities. I love this place is ultra clean and ready for any emergency. My husband and I have lost two cats in the last few years shortly after previous "routine" procedures were performed at other veterinary offices, so naturally we are very nervous when we have to subject our cats to any of treatment requiring. Dr.Servito was FANTASTICALLY AMAZINGLY, incredibly patient and she understanding with us and all of our questions. I greatly appreciate as I think it shows that the "Staff" have true character and a true love for animals. We'll definitely be entrusting the care of our furry children to them in the future.

We found a kitten who was most likely hit by a car on the street at night and this was the first one we found so we went. Not wanting to leave it to die, We took it immediately to Miami Pet Emergency, after receiving a blood transfusion, being hooked up to fluids, and wound surgery. We do believe she got the best care possible It was VERY expensive this is a emergency clinic so it is more than a regular vet. In addition, its prices were more reasonable than the other vets that we had seen in the past. They didn't do any extra unnecessary work/charges.

We have the highest degree of respect for the level of care and kindness to everyone at Miami Pet Emergency. Excellent after hours service.

We brought our cat Dexter in after we found out that he had a bladder stones blocking his urethra. Our own Vet were unable to work on him due to being hours of closing and told us that he needed emergency work done or his bladder could burst. We rushed him over Miami Pet Emergency Staff were truly amazing! We was very impressed by the fact that doctor was persistent and very patient with all of our questions and REALLY listened to every detail about our situation what would need to be done and the available options to save our little critter. After some deliberation, we opted to have the stones surgically removed and the doctor were very helpful in working with us on the cost of what was ending up to be a very expensive operation, Staff were quick and thorough and the price wagon the high end of what we consider reasonable "urgent care", but health and alive. We are happy to report, Dexter is doing great! Dexter was a foster failure and a integral part of our family.

This is kind of the emergency room staff you will like to have for your son, or your mother. We were so lucky to have met while giving the best advice for our cat. " Miami Pet Emergency" is responsible for the happy cat that continues to fill my life and that of my family's with joy. We were very pleased with the compassion, concern, efficiency, and care the staff demonstrated. If we have another emergency that requires 24 hour monitoring with any of our pets we will be sure to use Miami Pet Emergency.

This is the Emergency Clinic I trust with my pets. I have always received great service, the Doctors are knowledgeable and compassionate. Seeing some of the reviews though it looks like all everyone is complaining about is how much they were charged, when I bring my pet in I know its after hours, my pet can have lab work done right there, I get the results right away and if my pet needs to stay I can rest assured knowing the Doctors and Nurses are right there with my pet. Is it going to be a little more expensive than my regular Veterinarian, of course it is, but I am grateful I have a choice and a place to bring in my pet after hours. Thank you Miami Pet Emergency for being there after hours for my pets.

I was searching on Google for a Pet Emergency, My dog bit a toad and by the time we got there he was stiff and unresponsive. It was a horrible experience. Dr. and staff dropped everything they were doing and spent hours attending to my dog and going above and beyond to save him. Each staff member genuinely cared about my dog and would not give up on him. After a few hours of relentless work they were able to stabilize him against all odds. They were extremely knowledgeable and caring during the whole ordeal. Thank you Miami Pet Emergency I really appropriate your efforts During visit, the staff at Dr office went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable in the waiting room. Dr explained to me very clearly what my dog might have and my option of treatments everything they did and all medication provided was exactly what he needed and that it was miraculous that they were able to save my dog considering how bad he had been poisoned. Now that my baby is all better and healthy. I'm really happy that I did choose "Miami Pet Emergency" blessings to of employees and staff for the excellent care provided to my dog. I will not take my dog anywhere else and I recommend this place to anyone looking for a REASONABLY PRICED EMERGENCY!!! place that truly cares about your pet! staff are truly awesome!! I feel they sincerely care about my dog, and not about how much they can charge for visit. That's rare!

We are so happy with Miami Pet Emergency, they treated our "Kevin" as if he was there own.

Had an emergency with my cat...lots of cuts and bleeding...took her there, they were very prompt to collect the $118 fee, and after 30+ min waiting...examined her and came out with the estimate of $1500!!! they didn't even cleaned her injuries...all that needed to be done was to put some stitches and antibiotics...that was it...next morning, in her usual vet, charged me $220 for full procedure, antibiotics for 1 week, and 2 follow up visits!!!



It is very sad that the way this Miami Pet Emergency wants to take advantage of this situation...$1500...AMAZING!!!

$85 to see the cat. $850 to give it stitches. Can't afford the$850, at least give her a bandaid. Shame on them for price gouging. Really. Stear clear people.

HORRIBLE! My 5 yr old died because of them! Unfortunately AFTER the fact I googled my dog's symptoms. At the moment I was just thinking of getting him professional help. DEFINITELY NOT what I got here. In a quick search I rapidly found out that my dog was having Spontaneous Pneumothorax. Of course the Vet there wouldn't have a clue about it as she looked like she was 18 yrs old! She had NO IDEA what was wrong with him. And she calls herself a vet? After $800+ worth of tests she finally got to it. Knowing this is something that needs IMMEDIATE attention, they were just having me sign vet bills!!! Since we got there all they wanted was my money. We had already told them to do whatever was needed! While the "kid" Vet was telling us the options she was called in because the dog had coded and they were unable to get him back! More than an hour passed before they even diagnosed him.



DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE!!! Google emergency Vets and read the reviews and have the info ready IF you ever need it please!!!

I will never make the mistake of taking my dog here again! After blookwork, x-rays, pumping her with penicillin, and keeping her overnight, they sent my dog home without knowing what was wrong with her and in no better shape than she was in when she first got there! She was sent home with a catheter that was so tightly bound to her paw that it took 3 people to cut it off and pull it out! Barbaric! One look from her vet and the vet realized she had a massive ear infection and was completely surprised that the doctor at this hospital did not recognize this and send her antibiotics and an anti-inflammatory medication. Unbelievable! Had my doggy stayed a few more hours there she would be in worse shape than when I first took her in. Yes the staff is nice, but clueless. Everytime I would call they had responses that were just not very reassuring of the care they were providing. Oh and you can call back at anytime, so that we can give you the same dumb cluless answers! The bill was astrominical and things were done that really didn't need to be done. What a nightmare I put my poor dog through. Never again!

Needed 24hr care for my new puppy and they were able to treat her with out any problems! Great Staff, nice office. Its always great to know where you can take your pet incase of an emergency!

I used this clinic in the middle of the night- they were super professional and inexpensive compared to other places i was calling. I would definitely use them again if my Princess gets sick again! Use this clinic with confidence!
