If it was possible I would give negative stars. The house inspection was fine however, trying to get a mitigation report which I paid $150.00 in advance after my roof was replace was BEYOND ANNOYING and IMPOSSIBLE to get!!! I called to try and get a revised report for at least a week and a half with empty promises of I will do it for you tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow......Well tomorrow never came and I have yet to receive the report which I PAID for. The inspector has gotten nasty and acts like as if he is doing you a favor. Last time I checked I paid for the report anyway save your MONEY and your SANITY!!!! DO NOT USE this company!
