Federal Relocation Services - Miami, Florida

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are a broker not a mover, therefore they subcontract to a mover. After paying a non refundable deposit they then present you with a contract that states the move will take 7-21 days, however verbally the actual mover stated a 7 day window. When my daughter was not contacted by the compay regarding arrival, she reached out numerous times to FRS. The wouldn’t call back, they transferred her and then ultimately stopped answering the phone. She had to call the movers directly who stated that they were waiting to hear from FRS to facilitate the delivery. FRS’s employees are not professional, rude. Avoid this nightmare. Look at other review sites. I can’t brlieve that the positive reviews on this site aren’t left by employees of the company.

If anyone has to make an interstate move, I would say hands down Federal Relocation Services is the perfect choice. I’ve worked for a moving company before and I can say quite frankly that I wish they worked more like FRS because they know how to manage moves like no ones business. I wish I had used them in the past as I’ve had items get lost in transit and making insurance claims are such a hassle. I moved in 2016 from Buffalo to Boston and though I’m probably not going to move any time soon, I would no doubt go with FRS.

I was given a great rate on my move from Jacksonville to Atlanta by Federal Relocation. I searched around, visited their website, and I knew I would be going with them. When I spoke to a representative I was pleased to hear a friendly voice on the other end that didn’t just try to sell the move but wanted to make sure I was conducting my research right. They challenged me to find a better mover and I am glad that they fit the bill. Overall I am sure I made the correct choice and would recommend them in a heartbeat.

This company, Federal Relocation Services, is client-oriented and very safe and secure. This is something I think anyone would look for in a business that handles all their belongings. I moved from Miami to San Francisco and I didn’t have any problem like I’ve read other people have had with less reputable companies. I’m glad I found these guys, they really stand out from all the rest.

what I paid, only a hundred dollar off because I was mistaken about the dimensions of a desk I own but I didn’t mind it because I know I would’ve scratched or otherwise damaged it had I

Great deal for a great price with Federal relocation services! The movers were fast, efficient and careful with my stuff. They brought shrink wrap, tape, wardrobe boxes and everything needed for packing and moving. I was charged the price I was told, no hidden fees. And their manager was quite a mature dealer to handle everything. They even came an hour early. One thing that impressed me the most was that after all the tension and stress they were unbelievably friendly. I appreciated that they didn't waste time chatting. Anybody would want a move like this!

She told me the guys who did the move were fantastic. They were fairly priced and we did receive the delivery in a reasonable time. Office staff was always helpful when either my wife or I called. How much you are willing to pay for a good moving company? I know this is a very tough question to ask. But I had a decent amount before I moved. This is a very reputed company and they proved that reputation matters a lot. I have been treated like a VIP customer and my belongings were transferred to the destination within the allotted time and without any mishaps. After going through the inventory, I did not find even one broken or damaged thing. They have completed the move with 100% accuracy and also helped us storing the delicate items, I paid a decent price but did not pay even one penny extra than the estimated amount. So, I conclude saying that Federal relocation services is the best moving company.

Couple of days ago I relocated with my family. I have relocated after 12 years and that was my first long distance move. So, I was a little worried about the entire move. One of my friends suggested me to use Federal relocation services and so I did. They have offered a reasonable price and the onsite estimate was really precise. Our sales rep made all the necessary arrangements. The packers arrived on time and packed the whole house without a hitch and the movers arrived on time as well and moved everything within the allotted time. After checking the inventory, I found only one broke glass but that was nothing considering the distance and the volume of my stuffs. My mother is a woman of a great taste and likes to design the interior with fine mirrors, glass furniture and chandeliers. So when it comes to moving, I feel like a big trouble. Few days back when I had to move a long distance. One of my friends introduced me with federal relocation services. At first I was a bit confused about hiring them as I was not sure about the fair they charge. I visited their website and that seems to be pretty convincing and then when I talked to them in person.
