Dr. Bernard Arnold Applebaum, OD

I decided to go to Ricardo Silva OD P.A., because a friend referred me, however, my experienced differed from hers. In one word it was a: NIGHTMARE. Dr. Silva is very nice, too nice, but nice doesnt help your vision and nice doesnt justify bloodshot eyes after wearing contacts that he was so adamant to recommend. Needless to say, I literally just flushed $400.00 down the toilet. And Im a full time student, I cant afford that, between my time and money, its simply unacceptable. Moreover, his staff made me feel like I was the problem, especially, when they accused me of not having a flexible enough schedule to come in for another consultation so that he could re-check the prescription he gave me for a THIRD time. And honestly, one of the main reasons why I decided to cancel my third appointment is because his staff is horrible, they dont care to realize that I'm frustrated because my eyes are now irritated even after not having worn the contacts for the past week.
