I 1st came to Envidia Nail Salon because of a Groupon & I love it! The service is superb & the personnel wonderful. They provide a true Spa feeling with a very cozy atmosphere, this is why I continue to come back.

I was one of those girls drifting from groupon to groupon for a good deal on a manicure and pedicure... Until I found Envidia Nails. Carmela and Marisela are both wonderful! You are treated like a long lost friend who has finally come home at Envidia Nails. The atmosphere is fun and relaxing and it's generally a happy place to be. Everything is very clean and I have to tell you, Carmela's manicures stay beautiful so long! She works magic on your nails. These are great ladies who go out of there way to make you feel at home and they will keep you coming back. Envidia Nails is the best and only place I'll go to get my nails and waxing done. Put your trust and your nails in Carmela's hands and you will be very happy you did!

Atmosphere and appearance A+++++. Cleanliness also A++++++. All the ppl who work here do a great job making you feel comfortable, like family. I am a repeat client and see them often… nothing EVER falters. Service is top notch personal and with a smile every time. This is a nail and beauty spa not a place where they do mass quantities of acrylic nails. If you want a quick fix without regard to your personal health… this is NOT the place for you. If you walk in WITH NO APPOINTMENT and expect substandard manicurists to be lined up to do your hands and feet then this is NOT the place for you. The owner and employees take pride in their work and if they are EVER encountered with an issue they take every step possible to resolve it. I would recomend this place to anyone with class and taste. They speak English and Spanish unlike other places where you dont even realize when they talk about you. At Envidia nail spa I feel right at home. <3 Well done Carmela! <3

I stopped in here last week and scheduled an appointment for a pedicure. My feet were embarrassingly bad. The atmosphere here was so great, I felt like I was hanging out with some of my gal pals reading magazines and chit chatting. I have been into some nail spas where the atmosphere was really cold and unfriendly, this was the opposite. I was talking with my nail tech, but I was talking with the other nail tech and the other clients. Only at the end I did realize that one of the gals was the owner. We all had a blast. I also have to mention my pedicure. It was fabulous. I got the highest one you can get (because of my bad feet) and it was great.

It was the morning of my wedding, and I was in a panic. My friend had recently visited Envidia Nail Spa, and recommended the shellac manicure. I heard it dried instantly, and was intrigued. When I entered the salon, I instantly felt like a bride for the day. The service was friendly, reliable, and elegant. The nail techs ( Carmela) were excited to hear about my wedding and honeymoon plans, and gave me good recommendations to keep my spirits up for the long day ahead. I honestly felt welcomed and conversation was so easy between the technicians and the customers.



The manicure did dry instantly under a UV lamp. My nails were perfect for my wedding, and the day played out perfectly, thanks to my great start that morning at the nail spa.



I absolutely love the non-chip manicure, and now I'm a regular customer. The drive is pretty long for me, since I live in Aventura, but it is very well worth it. I refuse to go to any other spa after my experience here.

Cons: Can't just walk-in, must make appointment

My experience at Envida nails was excellent. The quality of service is really good and the prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend Envidia nails spa to anyone.

Not too bad. It's a small nail salon, me and my friend were the only ones for the entire time getting our mani/pedi. The lady who did mine was fast and did a good job. The place was clean and I did see sterilizing solution next to her. I did notice that she fixed a cuticle and then covered the tool without leaving it in the solution. Overall it was an ok experience. They have a good selection of colors and the staff was polite. I was surprised that they didn't have any change when I asked to leave tip from a 20 dollar bill.

BEYOND DISGUSTED WITH EVERY ASPECT OF MY EXPERIENCE FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:



SANITATION:

1. Foot File Was Literally Falling Apart & Dirty

2. Cuticle Cutters/All The Instruments Were Not Sterilized After Each Use

3. Pedicure Spas Were Not Thoroughly Disinfected/Cleaned After Each Use



CUSTOMER SERVICE:

1. I Needed a Slightly Cracked Nail Repaired. I was Told That They Could Not Put A Thin Layer of Acrylic Because The Only Person Who Knew How To Do It Was Extremely Busy (SHE WAS EXTREMELY BUSY TALKING ON HER CELLPHONE) In front Of Me She Was Asked If She Could Repair My Nail & With An Attitude She Firmly Said That She Was Way To Busy (Patching The Crack On My Nail Would Have Literally Taken Her LESS than 2 minutes.)



2. Owner & Employees Were Constantly Talking on Their Cell phones While With Customers (THIS IS THE REASON WHY MY CRACKED NAIL COULD NOT BE REPAIRED. SHE WASTED SO MUCH TIME TALKING ON HER CELLPHONE THAT THAT WAS THE REASON WHY SHE WAS SO BEHIND SCHEDULE/ BUSY.



NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE. I ALSO MADE SURE TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE WITH ALL MY FAMILY & FRIENDS...!!!



WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME & MONEY. I WISH THERE WAS A WAY THAY I COULD GET MY MONEY BACK...!!!

It's always a pleasure to meet with skincare specialist Carmela . I look forward to seeing her and her staff. Last time I came for a (micro)dermabrasion , Carmela is an awesome person to deal with, competent and professional. Thanks for the awesome service.
