Dinamic Auto Glass

I took in my big rig to get the windshield replace. I was on the highway when some debris hit it and i had to make a quick stop before heading out of state. I explained to them my situation and before i knew it they were already working on getting me the best price and cared about the fact that i needed to get back to work. They guided me through the whole process of what was going to be done on the truck and also my lifetime warranty on the installation. Within one hour i was set and ready to go. They were detailed about the care i had to give the glass afterwards. The professional and ethic level of this business is the best i have ever experienced. They cared about my glass also about me getting back on the road. Thank you guys, hope to see you soon, and i def. will visit even if it's not only for glass, but to say hi and thank you again. I took in my Porsche Cayenne in to get my window fixed. They discovered that when they busted my window out that the regulator got damaged. I got both my glass and the regulator repaired. These people have even done a 911 Turbo there too. These are your Porsche go to guys, trust me. Mines was like new afterwards.

They busted all of my taurus glass, i got all of them, even my sunroof done for the best price i got anywhere. The best experience i had here. Thank you.

Im a very busy person. so when my car window broke. i decided to look online for a auto glass repair center. I ran into Dinamic Auto Glass via google. i spoke with a man over the phone who quoted me 125 for the window with installation. i thought it was a good price but wanted to see if i could find a better price so i told the man that i would call back if there was nothing better. so i called a few more places they were all very pricey. so i ended up calling him back after about 15 mins. Again he assured me that the price for window and installation would be 125. i told him my brother would be there the following morning for there service.



The following morning my brother calls me and tells me that they were trying to charge him 150 plus installation. i told him to give me a sec to call them and tell them that they had given me a price the day before for 125 with installation. After asking his name 3 or 4 times with no response the guy on the line tells me that the "other "guy (sounded like the same guy i talked to yesturday) they had earlier picking up the phone didnt know what he was talking about. Then gos on to tell me that im "BS". And that he cant give me that price. Me BS the coustomer wow! then hangs up on me....TALK ABOUT BAD BUSINESS!!!! I called back and they never answered.



Dont worry my rewiew friends i called the auto glass repair across the street from Dinamic Auto Glass and told them what had happened they eneded up giving me a 80 price for the glass and installation. Booyaa in ur face Dinamic Auto Glass !!!! Hang that up!



After having a friend call back and pretend to need there service i ended up getting names. Lazaro and Joe are the names of the men who gave me this horrible. service.



DO NOT USE DINAMIC AUTO GLASS THEY ARE LIARS AND HAVE NO RESPECT FOR THERE CLIENTS. COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME!
