        Auto Boutique has been in business for over 15 years, first we are legitimate and we are not brokers, we do own our own cars and have a place of business that we operate from, a lot of companies called luxury car rental operate just with a Website, be careful, you will notice they don't even have an address on their website, they will tell you we just deliver cars, you can't come to our place, we heard so many stories from customers that they got taken advantage of. We are very honest, transparent with all our client and without our customers we won't be where we at today, when you reserve a car with us you are guaranteed the car you reserved unless it's out of our control, like mechanical problems or accident, but rest assured we will do everything in our power to get you the car you reserved. Our main goal and priority is customer satisfaction.

        I RENTED A PORSCHE 911 LAST WEEK, GREAT SERVICE, CLEAN CARS, VEHICLE WAS DELIVERED TO HOTEL ON TIME. NO ISSUES WHAT SO EVER. WILL RENT AGAIN WHEN I"M IN TOWN.

        Outstanding Service, great cat, rented the Corvette, i had an amazing time, drove the car to the Keys, i really loved it, thank you for a great memory and will be back again.

        They stole my credit card number when I was checking in. While paying for the rental, the guy took a physical imprint of my credit card which I knew was odd and I asked him why, he said it was for the deposit. I've never had a business do this. When we were back home from vacation two days later on 1/2/15 my cc was charged $1200 in unauthorized charges which I didn't make and the card was canceled. These are criminals I'm filing a police report.

        Do not rent from this company. I received the reservation confirmation email two weeks in advance. When I called to arrange pick up they claim they have no record of the confirmation. The guy on the phone was very unhelpful and not very apologetic for THEIR mistake. They left me high and dry. Do not use this service.

        Worst Place Ever

        This company had our vehicle parked "inside" for 4 days. When we picked it up it looked as if someone had just punctured the tire and the air was hissing loudly and it was going flat very quickly. The owner told me that they were not responsible and it could of happened when we dropped it off 4 days ago. They would not give us a credit for the parking and they wouldnt even help us change the tire. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They dont even deserve 1 star.
