Very happy with Artistic Concrete Group's service in my home.

I had Artistic Concrete Group put together several projects in my house both outdoors and indoors.

Both processes were handled individually as well as together which was very impressive the way they managed to accommodate everything for the best results.

The sales rep kept me updated in all the work process and was very straight forward about what to expect next which we certainly appreciate.

Overall I must say my family and I are very satisfied and very happy with the final product and the procedure of Artistic Concrete Group's work in our home. It was very important to us to find someone to trust with our home investment.

It is nice work with a professional family business like Artistic. Not only was the finished product beautiful, but they were in constant communication with me about the process and what was going to happen next. They were always on time and courteous, not something that you find with other local construction companies. The salesman said the patio coating they were installing would level my patio. It didn't! it's a paper thin cheap coating that has started to chip away. They only guarantee their work for a year and they claim the job is over a year old. In addition they do not return phone calls.

We finally found a company that is willing to go above and beyond to satisfy their customer's needs. I must definitively say that artistic concrete group is not the cheapest company in the market, but they have a very good reason for it. I have always followed the motto that if you want quality, don't be cheap. And artistic concrete proved that to me. My custom squares gave my home a beautiful new modern look.

They have rescheduled my paving 3 times. The sales person has not answered my phone calls for a week. The permit card was not provided by the company and the paper property servay was not returned to me. I have been totally stuck of a week and a half. What can I do but wait. Also the frame they put in is not strait and they broke my spinklers two time. The do not throw away the garbage so I have a big pile of roots and broken spriklers that I have to deal with. They are horrible and now I am stuck with it.

For starters I want to say WOW to artistic concrete group, because my "custom squares" driveway looks way better than i could have ever imagined. I wasn't really sure about what I wanted to do, but artistic helped me step by step with ideas on what would look better from their expertise, and i have to say that i couldn't have done it better myself. The whole process was very pleasant, I am very thankful and happy that I made the right decision.

Straight to the point, thank you for much Artistic concrete group for your professionalism and involvement in our project. It was truly a pleasure to work with people who made me and my family feel as if everyone in the company truly cared about having our project come out as smooth and pleasantly as possible. Our pool deck and driveway came out exactly the way we wanted.

We moved here from Michigan about 6 months ago and so we really had no idea what companies were best when it came down to our driveway and interior floors. We started looking around and we came across the name "artistic" a lot. We called several companies who claimed to be "THE" Artistic Concrete but we were still skeptical about our decision. However, after we got a visit from Artistic Concrete Group, it was easy to notice the difference from all the other companies when we looked at their website and the presentation and professionalism of the sales rep. We recommend them and we are very happy we made the right decision even though we were naive of the businesses here in Miami.

We just finished having our Interior flooring installed by Artistic Concrete group and we are very happy with the results. The work was subtle and professional and everyone was very respectful throughout the process. I, myself, don't deal with any lack of responsibility and like to consider myself a very picky buyer, however I have to admit that these guys never gave so much as a reason to doubt that everything was going smoothly and accordingly. I have taken the time to write this review as a token of my appreciation. All 5 stars have been earned.

I was very skeptical when i began to make the decision of having our pool deck redone, I quite frankly didn't know what company to choose since I personally don't know anything about construction myself, there was no way for me to know if the job was right or wrong. However, there was something about the sales rep being on time, the office manager being polite and informative about the process and the clarity and trustworthy feeling from dealing with artistic concrete that made the final decision a no brainer. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the results of our project and with the company's personnel. I told the sales rep, Keep it up! If you want quality work and to feel like you matter to the people who you are investing with, I suggest you stop and take a look at Artistic Concrete Group, they have a lot to offer.

I had Artistic Concrete come out and re-do my driveway. The reason i called them back was because they were the ones that did my driveway back in 1989, and I was very happy with their work and the driveway lasted over 20 years with absolutely no complains from my part. Dealing with them once more was as much of a pleasure as it was 25 years ago. My family all got to be involved in the process and they were very helpful about the decision making. They patiently explained everything thoroughly and showed us many photos and even sent us addresses of their current work so that we could go and take a look. I must say I am over satisfied with their work and would recommend them to anyone i know. Thank you Artistic CONCRETE.

We took a bit longer that we had planned to, but I must say that it was worth it 100%. After months of planning our patio project, we finally decided to let Artistic concrete groiup do our new patio. from the start we got very good signs from them, punctuality, professionalism, honesty, and very pleasant personalities from the sales rep, to the guys who worked on our project. Our patio is of a very large size so it was a difficult project to do, but we couldn't have made a better choice. Despite the delays, they delivered exactly what promised and they were very helpful in the whole process, especially since the city of coral gables is so difficult to deal with. I do recommend them as fas as the quality of their work, thumbs up.

Well to begin my statement, these were the only people that actually showed up to our appointment, whether on time, or showing up period. The whole process for my pool deck was unbeliveably subtle and now my deck looks brand new, it gave my home and entirely different look compared to the slab of dirty pavers I had before. They were very responsible handling their equipment through my backyard, as well as picking up after all the debris of the work. Everything that me and the salesperson agreed on was noted on the agreement at the moment of signing, this made me feel very comfortable that I was making the right decision. Overall I am very pleased with the outcome of my project and I would gladly recommend Artistic Concrete Group as the best decorative concrete company in South Florida.

I am pleased to say that I am very satisfied by the work done by the members of Artistic Concrete Group. From the moment of the estimate, to the office personel and the artists that came to perform the work, I felt a great feeling of trust which is not easy to find today when you are dealing with any type of manual labor such as a stamped concrete driveway. The sales person was very helpful in making all the decisions needed for our new driveway. About 4 days after they started the project, we were finally finished. I can honestly say I love my new driveway, I am very satisfied by the professionalism in which they handled every step of the process and how willingly every person is when it comes to attending their customer. Be careful with the contract!! It is for them and buyer be damned!! My driveway and front walkway is a little over 2 MONTHS OLD. Almost all the edges are crumbling and chipping, I have large bubbles in the centers of some of the stamp, and the color is coming off! Yup, a little over 2 MONTHS! The darker border we have now looks like it has acne from where the color chipped of, very appealing! The driveway appears as if it has been sanded...with the "dust" filling in the groves of the stamp, and major discoloration. Company says they are not responsible for hydrostatic pressure. But they should be responsible for shoddy workmanship!



This is not the first stamped concrete driveway I have had, but it is the WORST you could imagine. I wish I could post pictures and you could see what I am talking about. Comments would not be needed!! Have contacted the BBB. They said company did not respond, nor are they members, but the would keep it on file so other consumers could see problems. I am looking at the possibility of filing a lawsuit even though item 10 on the contract says I have to file in Miami Dade and I live in Broward. It will be a major inconvenience and time killer, but if you could see my driveway and front entrance, you would understand why I would go after them. It should be a real disaster in about 1 year!! the lawsuit will probably outlast the driveway!!



RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!!! or be prepared to pay well for inferior work. OK I did my civic duty and let you know!! Best of luck.

I had my driveway/walkway done recently and, first the city inspector had to come three times because the form was not done properly. Finally finished a month later and driveway it is cracking and chunks are braking off all over and needs patches. POOR FINISHED QUALITY. I have been trying to get them to schedule the final inspection for TWO WEEKS now and they have not done so. WILL NOT RECOMMEND

Artistic Concrete Grouop was very helpful when it came to our home's renovations. My husband and I had plans to renovate our driveway and pool deck at the same time, so when we were making a decision we had to evaluate all the estimates we received since it was such a big project. We visited Artistic Concrete Group's website and saw how professional their company is. Needless to say, when the sales repp came to our home it was a very joyful expereience. He had a surprising amount of photos for us to decide from and he was very knowledgable about the whole project. We got the impression that we were dealing with a good professional company.
