Shoe Palace

Never had such an awful experience at a store, THE WORST customer service. This store is very sketch & they scam with some knockoff shoes mixed with real shoes. So be careful with what you buy or just go to a store that 100% sells authentic shoes. I would not trust to ever shop or purchase from here again. Came to return shoes & a worker, Rafael, is what he said his name was, wouldn’t stop talking smack like a child because he didn’t want us to return the shoes for some reason, even though they were perfectly capable of being returned... Was doing it right in front of the manager too. After we returned the shoes, we left & Rafael was making arrogant faces at us THROUGH THE WINDOW?? How childish can you get? Do your JOB. Would not recommend this Shoe Palace to anyone unless you like overpriced bootlegged shoes & HORRIBLE & childish customer service.
