Maison Grande Condominium

I have lived here for 6 years now! Horrible service! Nothing is ever fixed, no complaints ever taken care of! I own and don't rent but if you rent it's HORRIBLE!!! I also have friends who own and wish they never bought and friends who rent wish they never committed! It took this building a year to rebuild a stairs case! There is no wheelchair access in the front for handicapped, and to go to the beach it is an extremely far ride if you are handicapped! The gym they have they never leave AC on . They try to save money by having it off. So unless you prefer to work out even just with dumbells it's too hot, hotter than outside! Normal AC temperature is supposed to be for gym at 69-70, it's at 80-85 in the gym! The security has no power over anything except Gato, and even Gato can't help if you are renting and not owning because owners do not have to open door for security check if water is leaking to your balcony, or if your ceiling is falling in because of people above you! TERRIBLE!!!! I would say this building needs more improvement! Also they send an email once a year asking everyone to use less water because hey have exceeded their limit. And then they go to each floor and de fuse the pipes for lower water pressure!!! It's unbelievable! I am super disappointed with his building! I only rent it because our owner is super nice and he is on top of everything for us, other wise I would be long gone!!! Everything for any construction in the apartment here takes forever to approve, everything is supper "micro-managed" to a point where nothing ever gets fixed! And what's up with the always constant different security faces??? Every week it's someone new. And the cafe/store??? No one ever sticks around as an employee that should probably tell you everything you need to know!

My neighbor in 1625, or whoever the Venezuelan owner allows to use her condo while she is away in her home country, suffers from egregious and extreme foot odor and does nothing about it. His feet smell so badly and so stongly, that I cannot sleep at night. The odor wakes me up in the middle of the night and keeps me awake. It is a horrific and hygenic menace to me, my wife and family. I've complained to management on several occasions and I suppose they're too embarrassed to award the man a can of Desenex. Something, however, needs to be done forthwith. So, before you even consider purchasing a unit here, welcome to the Maison Grande, where the apartments are so poorly constructed, that you don't have to suffer from egregious foot odor to suffer from egregeious foot odor.
