Today my work started! I have a world size headache! I'm very unhappy right now! Using my neighbors yard, the same neighbor I just recently got on speaking terms with to cut my materials! They say they communicated with him since they all are mexicans but nobody asked me anything! He's building tiny houses over there whise to say he won't use the stuff! Didn't bother asking me if I needed to take pictures off of the wall, nothing! They were going to just put siding on top of rotten wood! Luckily I was off today! I need more work done but I don't think I'll use them anymore!

I like professionals.They come out ,give the estimate,do the work in reasonable time and this is a good company.

If anyone wants Rollguard Shutters this is the company.

The material is better than other companies.I compared,before I bought.The material is heavy and good. Shutters are great.

I had all the windows in my house replaced about 12 years ago with LAS windows. At first the windows were fine. Then about a year and a half ago I noticed that all the windows on the south side of my house were showing a warping of the gasket between the panes. I called LAS to come out and look at them to see what needed to be done to repair them. They wanted me to pay $75 just to have someone come out and look at them. $75? To look at their own windows that failed? I don't think so. For the time being I'm doing nothing. When the gaskets get so warped that moisture starts forming between the panes, I'll call somebody else.

Don't use these people. The salesman talked to us as if we were stupid. I guess because my sister and I are seniors. We told him that we wanted all the windows and the patio door replaced. He said we could order the windows now and the patio door later. We ordered the windows and they were installed. One month later we called to order the patio door. We were told the patio door was $300 more,that we should have ordered the door with the windows for the original quoted price. We ordered the door any way and eight weeks later the door was installed. We realized the window was white instead of beige like the windows. Sales manager as much as said "tough you signed the contract", the beige window is more money and he wanted to save us money. Saving money was not the point -why would we not want to have the door match the windows? The bottom line is to get all quotes in writing and read any contract very carefully. Installers are great but the sales staff not at all.

We love our new Bahama shutters. LAS responded quickly to our call for a quote. The salesman was very professional and friendly and quoted us a good, competitive price. The shutters were installed within the time-frame given by the company. The installers did an excellent job. The shutters are of very high quality and exactly the color we wanted. We highly recommend LAS.

The people who came from LAS Shutters & Windows were on time and very courteous. They were in they uniform and they called before they came. They put up the shutters in timely manner.

I recently had windows and storm shutters installed on my Westbank home. Everyone I dealt with at LAS was professional and courteous. The installers were excellent workers and my windows and shutters are beautiful!

Wonderful company. My husband and I just had our entire home redone with the new polar siding. The job was very professionally done and the people were very knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I called for an estimate on Bahama shutters for the whole house. I asked, but never could get a straight answer on the price per square foot, which is how shutters are normally priced. I finally got them to give me the individual price for each shutter. The price per square foot price ranged from $38 to $86; the only ones priced the same were those of the same size. RECOMMENDATION: Do not sign a contract until all the details are spelled out for you and you agree. At $86/ft2, they are a huge rip off! LAS still refuses to explain the wide range of square foot pricing for the same shutter type and the VP of sales and president of LAS refused to return my calls.

I just had my windows installed today from LAS. The installers were neat, nice, and did a great job. Very impressed. Windows look great. Thanks guys.

I couldn't be happier with my home. My windows and shutters are beautiful. LAS made me feel at ease with the whole process from start to finish. Everyone who I spoke with and had the pleasure of meeting was very professional. Competitors can't even comparing to the quality of LAS. I WILL recommend them to everyone!

LAS was a WONDERFUL company to buy windows from. Everything from start to finish was easy and done to perfection. I was surprised to have the level of customer service I received. Everything was done very professionally. I have never had workers in my house like these installers who were so polite and kind. The finished product was great quality. I am so happy and proud to have bought LAS windows.

My suggestion is not to use this company. I have called three times to have someone come out and give us an estimate to replace the windows in our home as we received the grant. We were told someone will call you back in 24 to 48 hours. REALLY! I own a business and would have no customers if I did that. The entire point of calling them was they had been in business longer then anyone else. Well it is obvious they do not want or need our $ 9000.00, so we hired someone else yesterday. Again I would no reccommed this company at all.
