McMahon's RV

Bought an RV 8/15/11 from McMahon’s. Traded in a RV financed with Ally (formerly GMAC). Loan funded at Bank of the West 8/16/11. All funds went to McMahon’s, who was supposed to pay off trade-in. 2 mons. later, has not done so. McMahon’s has made numerous false claims, VP & F. Mgr. saying it was an error at their HQ in Irvine & they’d meet with Mr. McMahon & figure out the problem. Excuses grew to the check was cut & they were waiting for Mr. McMahon to sign. Ally got involved & VP assured them the check was sent. Didn’t arrive. It’s been 2 mons since McMahon’s got over $30k from Bank of the West that should’ve been paid to Ally. I also paid $4,206 for extended warranty. It wasn’t provided. Asked in writing for refund within wks of purchase, to no avail. Maybe they’ll never pay this money, & are stealing. It’s apparent that they’re wrongfully using the float by substantially delaying the payment of my trade-in causing my credit to suffer. They shouldn’t be allowed to keep their A+ rating. It seems they’re engaged in a pattern of using customers’ money, to the detriment of the customer. Consumers who rely on the BBB are being misled & damaged by doing business with McMahon’s. They emphasize a high rating with the BBB in ads. They shouldn’t use the good name & reputation of the BBB. The BBB is being unwittingly used to help perpetuate their fraud. I need them to pay off my trade-in, refund my money for the warranty I was never provided, & repair my good credit score.
