        Bad bad place to live I don't care what it looks like this is just a really bad place to move to take my advice don't come here me and my wife are getting out of here.

        Beautiful , well kept older park with wide streets and large lots. Completely desert landscaped. Amazing sense of community and pride of ownership shows everywhere.Small pets welcome. Limited RV spaces.

        Over-priced lot rent average is $650.00 for a single wide late 1980's mobile home. The real estate values re in the $5,000. to $15,000. range. Most homes are well kept.by senior citzens. most homes are of the 14 foot by 60 foot range. 2 bedroom,single bath. most need some kind of work to bring them up to proper building codes
