It's a shame that a bad review from 10 years ago is still the only one for this place. We stayed for 3 months (Dec-Feb). The property manager Penny is FANTASTIC! Friendly and accommodating. All sites are back-in and fairly deep. Our 36' MH fit, 45 footers look a little tight. But, they are wide! Enough width for your toad on one side and a clear patio (with picnic table) on the other. Sites are concrete pads with gravel on both sides. 50 amp service worked perfectly as did the water and sewer hookup. Monthly or longer pays for electricity separately. We only ran space heater and heat pump at night - our bill averaged to $3/day. Cable is available by contacting Cox to get hooked up. Plenty of over-the-air channels available-check out before springing for cable. Internet not available at sites but Verizon and AT&T signals are very strong. The office/common room is very nice-clean and well looked after, both by staff and residents. There is a small exercise room with separate TV, pool table, ping-pong table, selection of books, DVDs and games, several folding tables/chairs and octagonal game tables/chairs. There is also a full kitchen, wireless internet in the building, communal computer with internet & printer as well as a big screen TV and DVD player and couches to sit and watch from. There are also rest rooms in the building that are immaculate as are the pool and hot tub just outside. There are SO MANY nice folks here, full-timers and snowbirds alike! Monthly activities are planned and posted. There is a large dog area. Not too many ignorant dog owners here-only occasionally do you hear dogs barking, and there are a LOT of them here. I would estimate a mix of 35% park models and 65% RVs. The park is very well kept. There's a maintenance guy that goes around every day doing upkeep. If you are looking for a "resort" with tons of amenities, keep looking. If you want a nice, simple, friendly, reasonably priced place to relax for the winter, THIS IS IT!!!

Overall
horrible snobby management

management is very decieving on the phone. he seems like he is a nice helpful person, but after living there for two months, i know this isn't true. he is very condescending. he seems to know he is better than anyone else, a genuinely horrible person, with no heart. i had a site booked for six months, and could only pay for two up front, when i went to pay my third month, he told me that i needed to be out that day. that he had another person coming into my site, and he had no room for me anymore. i think he did this because he didn't like me, but others seem to think the person coming in was going to be paying more money. needless to say, it was christmas time, and winter in phoenix so i couldn't find a new place right away. i ended up having to live in the wal mart parking lot with no electricity or water for three days.
