Tennco Express Airport Shuttle

listing shows closed but their website is still up. (still taking credit card orders) double-charged me july 2015 no-call/no show at airport refuses to refund $$ certified letter x 3 returned to sender

Very bad company I paid for service and call them about twenty time no answer and no refund. This company is a JOKE.

I hired the shuttle service two weeks in advance online (they charged my credit card at that time), and called the morning of my flight to Memphis to confirm my 2pm arrival. At 2pm, I went out to the "#14" pillar and waited.... for 45 minutes. Multiple calls to the shuttle service, on their 3 different phone lines, were not even answered. I left multiple messages, and after 90 minutes in the cold, ended up taking a taxi cab. No one ever returned my voicemails or emails. I submitted a complaint to the BBB and they emailed me back saying, "This company currently has an unsatisfactory record with our office due to unanswered complaints. If the company responds, a copy will be sent to you for your review. If we do not receive a response we will close your complaint as unanswered. " So the company has had many complaints before, and have an "F" rating with the BBB, and I essentially had $30 stolen from me. Please learn from my horrible experience and just get a taxi.
