Wonderful service every time I step through the doors! Everyone is always so welcoming asking me what I need to get done, and if I have any special requests. I love coming here on my days Off or when I'm in a rush, they are always very attentive to my time. Great service!!!!!!

I've been a client here for 3 years and never had one issue!!!!! Nicole and her mom treat me like their family member & I'm welcomed each and every time!!! Nicole's work is to die for and I think it's worth the wait ever single times. When you come here enough, they really notice and show their appreciating and I'm very glad of it. Love the service here. I really adore this little hidden gem. They are really good at what they do. They are always staffs well so I never have to wait on service which I appreciate after a long day at work. I Iove their Veosh pedi, the longest and best massage ever!

I have been going to Karina's for a year now and I see Nicole. Her work cannot be beat. Her quality and design technique is flawless. I can go 4 weeks between fill-ins and not have a single nail lifting! She is also incredibly quick, I can easily get my nails done on my lunch break. I don't know how she does such amazing work so quickly but she does! I won't go anywhere else as long as she is here.

DO NOT..I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! I had a beautiful off work day until I went back there! I didn't have my nails done prior to last Monday when I went. I got my nails done last week and got gel nails. They were rude when I came on my first visit last week. Oh but Sunday takes the cake! I talked to a lady Saturday on the phone and she said it was ok for me to get 3 broken nails fixed, and that I could come in today to get it fixed. The lady that put them on was very sloppy that day and barely put glue on them to hold the tips! That's why some broke! So the lady that did them was there Sunday and tried to say that on my first visit I got a fill in instead of a full set. I said NO. I had nothing on my nails when I came in, but dark polish on my natural nail which she didn't remove very well. She then proceeded to argue and call me a LIAR then called another girl to explain what she was saying, and I told the girl on the phone the story. I even offered to pay for the repairs out of frustration and easing the situation! SHE (on the phone) proceeded to argue and I hung up on her and said I didn't feel comfortable getting my nails done here anymore! Then as I was walking out she was screaming at me calling me a liar! It took EVERYTHING in me to keep my composure!!! I walked out like a grown woman should. I'm called the BBB at the crack of dawn. I would give them a negative 20 stars if I could! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RUDE NAIL TECHS!! DO NOT GO HERE!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!

They really do a good job here. I've been going to them for a long time. Don't believe the negativity.

I love Nicole!! She's the best.. I live 30 minutes away But I make that trip just because she's the only person I trust to take care of my nails!

Love this place. They do great work and are always very accommodating. One thing about Nicole and her staffs are that they do not put up with any drama or abuse from rude costumers. There are 2 sides to every story. They are always pack when I'm in there and their techs are the sweetest. Yall can view their works @karinasnails on ig. I hope other will give this hidden gem a try before believing all the the other reviews!

I went in today and got the worst attitude from the nail tech and owner. I was so disappointed because I've been going to Karina's for a while. Today was my last visit. They are all talented and can really do some nails but I choose to take my business elsewhere, preferably somewhere customers are appreciated. They are unfriendly and unprofessional and although they have good quality work I wouldn't recommend anyone go there. The owner talked so dirty about a customer in front of everyone and it was absolutely disgusting. Again, I'm extremely disappointed.

Well this was my 3rd visit because I have been looking for a reliable nail shop in my area instead of going all the way to Nashville. My first visit was okay, I asked for a pink and white set and showed the nail tech what I wanted. There was no smile line in the white and I had 3 nails to break within a week. 2nd visit I asked for was a pedicure and eyebrow arch. The pedicure was okay, the nail tech used a razor on my foot without using a solution to soften my feet and I was never offered anything to drink on any of the 3 visits. The eyebrow arch was not even and it was done in a office chair. My 3rd visit I tried them because I love the nail art on instagram and I assumed that maybe I needed to try a different nail tech. During this visit the nail tech was cursing someone out about an uneven wall and seem to have an attitude the whole time I was there. Then I asked for a nail art in which she asked her younger sister to assist so that way they can close soon. Her little sister began painting and had an attitude when she couldn't replicate the nail art that I showed her on instagram. She then told me that her sister had to complete it because she couldn't do it. In which Karina or the main owner/nail tech was so in a rush to close that I felt that she just threw anything on my nails, not what I asked for. I was so tired from just getting off of work that I sucked it up, paid and left. I definitely hate the ideal that this shop is right around the corner from my home and I have had all 3 experiences to be a not so great one. They have potential to be better but I rather not spend my money to wait and see if it will change. I guess I'll keep looking or make another trip to Nashville soon.

I never ever write reviews, but here we go.Nicole is the absolute WORST in customer service, but the Best in doing nails.If you can Tolerate her Bad Mouth and her using the "N" word in regards to Black ppl, then you'll survive your shop visit! They get Mad if you use your Debit/Credit Card so Please Please Please pay cash. Oh and everyone there thinks they deserve a Tip! SO Tip even if you don't want to! Nicole's Attitude SUCKS!!! But her work is Great. If you can restrain from wanting to reach out and touch her then you'll be okay! lol..Nonetheless, I still go there and keep my hands to myself! LOL

This place is incredible. I go every 2 weeks with my 3 1/2 year old. They treat her like a princess the second we walk in the door. I'm always completely satisfied with my nails and the kind conversation with any technician i get. The people who complain on here about their rude customer service are the same people walking in with an attitude expecting to get something for nothing. Ive seen it first hand. You have to be kind to recieve kindness in return. I've actually seen a woman treat a technician like a slave then not even tip her! I highly recommend this place.

The absolute worst service I have ever received in my life!!! Every single one of the nail technicians are bigots. They have attitudes and the owner was on the phone cursing someone out so loud her customer had to tell her to step outside. The absolute worst nail shop in Memphis for sure.

I usually don't do reviews (good or bad) but I was treated so poorly here that I had to come write a review. To make a long story short, there was a discrepancy with their credit card machine. The people harassed me about giving them their money and even went so far to say they would call the police on me when the money was taken out of my account all along. They never offered an apology which is all I asked for. You could give them a try but I would bring cash. They treated me so bad that I just can't dream of stepping foot in this place again to spend my hard earned money. My friend's daughter also received a fungus from this place and her whole toe nail fell off! Her toenail grew back but these people are also unsanitary! Wow!

Nicole was immediately short with me on the phone as I tried to explain her the restrictions for when I could use her living social deal (which weren't written anywhere on deal) wouldn't work for me ever since I am a working mom. She then spoke derogatorily about single mothers. Do you really think no single moms spend their hard-earned money in your establishment Nicole (owner/manager)? And this the day after Christmas. Horrific customer service and deplorable personal skills. Happy new year Karina's!

I had a "gifted" living social deal, therefore did not see their fine print about an appointment. I walked in (only two customers in the whole place) and said i had a voucher and was greated with a "sorry, you have to have an appointment" (remember mommas saying 'its not what you say its how you say it') me- "really? There's no one here" her- just stairs at me.... wft this is not how you run a buisness..

Very rude girl at check in. Never going back. There are far too many businesses arpund to go here. Plus it's cramped.
