Michael and I were looking to get married. We thought we could just get married when we picked up our license; boy were we wrong. The courthouse doesn’t marry people anymore. We did a simple online search, and found Dr Owens, and Justice of the peace Memphis. Located in the heart of the city, they were convenient, and friendly, and very reasonable for what they charge. We recommend you guys to anyone getting married in the Memphis area.
