I was feeling like crap, with a busted windshield. First Impression was my last impression. Marilyn was the most helpful person I’ve dealt with, as far as customer service. She’s greeted me on the phone with a smile as well as when I arrived. She immediately took care of me, like everyone that referred me. Not a long drone process. Great timing. I was even pleased with the work and my great windshield. Mr. Locke even weighed in on the great experience. Auto Glass Now ... not Auto Glass Later! Thanks

After the nightmare I went through with SafeLite, I can't profess enough the courtesy and professionalism of the people at Auto Glass Now. Marilyn and Mike provided the services I needed to replace the back glass (rear windshield) of my Mazda. Now it's an older model so they found the glass for me, ordered the glass to their location, and then delivered it to me, and took care of the rest! Everything was done in a timely manner, not to mention that I couldn't find a cheaper price for the quality of work in the time it was taken care of (1 business day!!!) very pleased and satisfied customer!

WONDERFUL VERY PROFESSIONAL CHEAP AND DOES A GREAT JOB. AUBREY, MARILYN, AND PATRICK WERE VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS.

First of all, I am a very impatient person. Upon speaking with Aubrey I was indecisive about coming in or having someone come out to install my windshield. He assured me if I came in my wait time would be no longer than an hour. I told him I could deal with that. Upon arriving, Marilyn was very out going and friendly. The techs Patrick and Danny went above what was expected of them not only did they install my windshield. They replaced my broken windshield wiper as well. Overall, great job! Excellent service! This is the fourth windshield installed in different trucks. All the service has been very good and any problems taken care of quickly.

I have had work done on two vehicle @ Glass Masters. Both times the experience was fantastic. Work was quick, quality, and friendly. I would definitely recommend Glass Masters and don't plan to ever go anywhere else. Although the store was very busy Andrew and Marilyn made me feel like I was the only thing that mattered.

I drop my car off for a windshield replacement the receptionist told me it would be ready in about an hour to an hour and thirty minutes, I gave her my keys and I left. the receptionist called me within an hour and said my car was ready, when I made it there my windows was down and the car was open for anyone's access. I informed her of the windows being down and she said would you like for me to send someone to roll them up I said I'm about to leave now. Long story short my car was left attended with doors unlocked, windows down and open to the public.
