I booked All Star using a Living Social deal. The deal itself was good to start with. I had quite a bit to things to move, and was worried about my moving experience. My last movers scratched and dented my items, did not complete my move, and broke many of my belongings. Today, I was sent 2 of All Star's best!!! Jonathan and Michael erased all doubt from my mind within the first 30 minutes! These guys were organized in loading, moved all my items without 1 scratch, and did not stop moving during a 5 hour move! During this entire move, I did not hear any complaining at all. I would recommend this company to anyone!! This is most definitely a company with integrity. I am extremely happy with my services from All Star! I would definitely use them again.

I bought a voucher through living social. Thought I had all the disclosures about mileage read. Then they said the voucher wasn't good in MS, but for an extra hundred they might try to do it. Talk about bait and switch. Now I have to wait for my refund to hire someone else. Very disappointed in Allstar. I will not be using in the future nor will I recommend them to anyone.

These guys (DeAngelo and Cooper) were absolutely incredible! They worked fast and were very, very efficient in their moving techniques!



Here's how it went down:



First I scheduled my moving date with an extremely professional and friendly fella named Drew! He called to confirm the date and time a few days ahead! On the day of the move-the movers checked in with me to let me know they were en route and were headed my way about 15-20 minutes before the agreed time! (They were coming from a move in Olive Branch so they kept an open line of communication w/ me in case traffic caused a time delay) Awesome thus far? (Yes, I know)



Here's where the magic happened:



They disassembled my furniture, moved my already packed boxes, loaded everything into the truck, drove across town from Bartlett to Collierville, unloaded the truck, reassembled my furniture and moved all of the boxes all in 2.5 hours! They didn't break, scratch or dent anything-furniture or walls! Did I mention, they moved me from a 2nd floor apartment to a 3rd floor apartment at a new complex?! Talk about breakin' a sweat, but they didn't stop, rest, or take a break!



I purchased a $99 2-hour Living Social deal and ended up paying a little extra for going over 30 mins but it was worth it!



If you are apprehensive about Moving Companies or stressed about moving and have extra cash to spare-invest in All Star Moving and Delivery! You won't regret it! They are courteous, professional and make moving a piece of cake! They rock and whenever I move again-I will definitely be using their services again! 5 stars just isn't enough for this moving company!

I recently came to Memphis to help my daughter move into her new apartment. After making several phone calls, I called and spoke with Drew at Allstar Moving, who was very friendly and helpful with assisting in our moving needs. Drew asked us several questions and at the end, gave us the most reasonable quote that we received throughout the day. We scheduled our move for a couple of days later and the movers showed up (actually 10 minutes early) when they were supposed to be there. They disassembled the larger items that we had and moved everything down two flights of stairs efficiently and with great care. I was surprised that they were able to maneuver the tricky turns on the stairs without hitting anything, but they never had a problem. When they arrived at my daughter's new apartment, they worked just as hard getting everything moved in as they did moving everything out. They helped her arrange her large furniture items without any complaints. I know my daughter will definitely use them again if she needs to move and I wish this company was available for me in Hawaii when I get ready to move later this year.

What a HORRIBLE experience I had w/ AllStar Moving!!! Issues w/ scheduling, going over time, & damaged items. I called to make an apt & no one called me back after 3 days so I called & left another message stating that if no one called me back I was going w/ a different company. (I had already purchased their services via Living Social) Finally someone returned my call & we scheduled an apt.



Skip forward to moving day. Everything is packed & ready w/ 3 people waiting at our new home to help unpack & the movers haven't arrived & haven’t called so I call & no one answers. Surely if they were running late they would call... well 30 minutes pass & I call numerous times & NO ONE answers! I leave about 3 messages. Now it's an hour past the time they are supposed to be here so I call Living Social & finally they get me in touch w/ someone who claims that whoever I made the apt w/ must have forgotten to write it down but they'll send someone over as soon as they can. 2 hours later they finally arrive & try to tell me that they had me scheduled for a few days prior-which is a straight up LIE & I guess an attempt to take the blame off them? I know it's not the actual mover’s faults so I don't argue & just let them do their job. They were polite & well-mannered but were slow & not careful w/ a few items. I was satisfied w/ their performance even though it took an hour longer than it should have but my husband & I are okay w/ this, pay the additional money, tip the movers, & start unpacking.



We notice door frames in the new & old place are chewed up from furniture hitting them. One door they had to carry a large desk through so I understood but the other door there was no excuse except carelessness. My dresser had 2 identical chunks of wood missing from either side of it (must have happened during transit) but we were OK w/ this until we saw that our BRAND NEW washer had a dent right in the front of it & the scuffs all over it & the dryer. That was the last straw so I call them & OF COURSE no one answers! What kind of business NEVER answers their phone? I write them an email stating how disappointed we were & about the damage to our stuff & that if they did not respond in 2 days I was going to report them to the AMSA & leave bad reviews on the internet. As you can see they have yet to return my call or e-mail so here is my bad review.



There are so many other better moving companies in Memphis I would STAY FAR AWAY FROM ALLSTAR MOVING. Their customer service is nonexistent & if they keep damaging people's stuff they won't be in business for long. - Lindsey Lucchesi

When I hired this moving company i was a little skeptical, did not know anything about them but after they finish with my house I was amazed, very courteous and polite, if you need movers give them a call, very pleased.

I felt they were slow moving things I had to help out to get things going more quickly we could've been done in 2 hrs but got charged for an extra hr probably won't use again

This was a phenomenal experience, the whole way through. Great guys, professional, friendly, and fast as heck. Couldn't have found a more reliable mover. Pre-Move : In soliciting bids for my move, They were the only moving company who routinely answered my phone calls. I always got a live person, who was very courteous, whereas the other companies I was getting bids from rarely if ever picked up on the first call, and we engaged in constant email volleys. While I understand these are small companies and are constantly on the road, I got increasingly anxious as the date approached and I had barely any contact to speak of, so having someone who I knew would be there put me at ease. Moving Day : They showed up not with 2 guys, as we had agreed, but with 3, and didn't charge me anything extra. The guys moved my entire house into a large truck in less than 3 hours!!! I will definitely recommend them for any move - it was a totally painless and even a pleasant experience! GREAT JOB GUYS
