        On December 13 after getting off in Melrose Park from the 5:19 pm Metra, we were blocked by a freight train. It was extremely cold and no where insight to escape from the cold. The freight train was stop and go and this went on for 22 minutes. Many of us were frozen and I actually considered calling 911 for help. That is until PACE Driver Ivory "our Angel" gave us refuge from the cold. We knocked on the bus door ready to plead our case. Ivory welcomed us to wait inside the PACE bus #313 for another 10 minutes. He observed that we were in environmental danger and was so willing to help. Thank you Ivory, may God bless you always! Thank you PACE for having such compassionate drivers on your team. Ivory has the grace and professionalism to get the job done! Carmen M. Moreno
