I went in one Sept 21 with a severe sore throat. I'd waited a day, was gargling with warm salt water, and had a nurse where I work check it out. She suggested that I get a swab done, which is why I went to VIC. Treatment is very systematic, in an hour I saw 5 different people. By the time I had a question for the doctor, she with the next patient. My question was about the proper way to swab. The technician, Michael, jabbed the back of my throat with both swabs at once. The following day I received a survey via text, I gave hem feedback and received a call the following day. I shared my experience and the question I had for the doctor. The following day I received another call from someone who explained the proper procedure for administering a throat swab. It was completely different than what Micheal did. When it comes to someones health, you shouldn't take short cuts. I won't be returning because I expect to be treated like a person and to receive proper care.

My 2 year old granddaughter exposed to RSV at the daycare and exposed to strep, been sick with tight cough and fever, took her to Valley Immediate care, saw PA-C Robert Patterson, he did not look in her throat, or listen to her lungs! Said she has a cold and to give her cough medicine that 4 year old can take! "I grew up on it and I turned out okay". Really? We walked out and taking her to a real doctor. Cannot believe he had audacity to give diagnosis w/o doing through body check. Do not go to Valley Immediate care and expect good care.

Wow, called for an appt. because I have a busy schedule and got confirmation for a time and that they could treat me for my condition. 15 mins prior to the appt. got a call and said I could walk right in they have a room waiting for me. I was there in 10 minutes and sure enough they had a room waiting. Sat in that room alone for an hour, when the Doctor finally entered he said they cant treat my condition but would recommend a specialist. What a huge waste of time!

I've always been happy with the treatment I recieve when I have to come to Valley Immediate Care. Its such a great alternative to the emergency room and they're just as qualified and spend more quality time with me. They're competent doctors and nurses and give me great care.

Anytime I've had to come here the staff has been understanding and very comforting. The short time that I have to wait is nothing compared to other urgent care centers, they do their best to make sure everyone gets in to see the doctor or nurse in a timely fashion. The medical staff is very knowledgeable, I feel comfortable knowing that I'm still getting quality care.

Overall
bad customer care

I would not reccomend VIC for any care, recently I went there to seek medical attention because I was injured on the job

I seen another physician before them and did not like, after spending my time and money they said i couldnt be seen there, so i left with no pain medication and no work release, which the doctor promised to give. Later that day they called and said they could see me so i was a little relieved knowoing that the doctor i seen was excellent with care and bedside manner, so i went and signed a form to release the forms for my medical records, then they said call us tomorrow after we get the records to set up an appointment to be seen so you can get the care you need, so I called and they said "oh, sorry but we can't see you" to me thats bad customer care and didn't have any simpathy towards me
