Will never use this BUSINESS again! No shows on 2 scheduled appointments, terrible service, no call backs or explanations, not even an apology. The diagnostic was incorrect because after the part was replaced our appliance did not work. We called immediately to update the situation. The service man, Cliff made an appointment on the following Saturday, didn't show up all day or even call.###After almost 2 months, trying to get a hold of these people,assuming that maybe they aren't trying to be disrespectful that maybe Cliff had become ill or maybe something happened,so our concerns were that we hoped it not so. After many calls and messages left we finally got a hold of the business, with no apology or care, just defensive and rude, made an appointment then, you guessed it, did not show up.###Next stop. Better business Bureau. This is unacceptable, and no one should ever be treated this way. Over a hundred dollars paid. We feel very cheated and disrespected to the highest level.
