BAD EXPERIENCE. I sold him my BMW 545i and he agreed to pay me in 4 installments. After the first two payments, they stopped, though he kept assuring me "I just mailed the check!". Two months later, nothing. He doesn't return my calls. THIEF! I will find him, however.

(3/05) I bought a 99 BMW 528i, which I still own. It was in such mint condition (77K mi.), I never test drove it. They honestly represented the vehicle's condition/previous ownership -- it was both merchantable and fit for use.Credits:1) When first visiting the shop, I was escorted to the car and allowed to inspect it without a salesman hovering over me.2) 5 days after purchasing the vehicle, I heard a slight noise and returned it for inspection. A staff mechanic diagnosed a deteriorating water pump, so management offered to replace it with a new one ... at NO CHARGE! They performed the replacement on the spot, and I drove away without a bill.3) One month later, they wrote me to thank me for my patronage, offering a 20% discount on any future repairs.Demerits:1) They officiously grilled me about financing (which I paid for by check) before allowing me to see the car. My dark suit and bow-tie didn't matter ... I'm African-American.Final Grade? They merit an A minus

These gentlemen treated me with honesty, integrity and professionalism.
