Asia Restaurant

Asia is a restaurant run by the same owners of the famed Peking Palace in Falmouth. Service is truly excellent, they work hard at it and it pays off. Food is very fresh and safe with many dishes having wonderful exotic, yet expected flavors. Downfall is lower quality meat choices. Boneless spare ribs have too much fat, beef teriyaki consistently has chewy veins in the meat and small shrimps in egg rolls and house fried rice are not of the best quality. Where Asia shines is their awesome Lo Mein, Crab Rangoon, fried rice, egg rolls, egg foo young, Sushi, chicken w/ mixed veggies and Mango Chicken. If they upgraded the quality of their ingredients just a couple of notches I would have given 5 stars.
Interestingly, their flagship restaurant Peking Palace seems to have better quality ingredients. They are definitely 5 Star!
