He actually listens carefully to whatever we say about a problem, then asks followup questions to ensure that his diagnosis is accurate and focused on our needs and concerns. He discusses treatment options, asks for our thoughts and concerns, and works to make sure we understand the diagnosis and the plan of treatment.
