Texan Water

Our landscape architecture and construction studio, Twistleaf, contacted Texan Water in spring 2023 to assess the condition of an existing well at a client’s property in Fredericksburg, in preparation for a large-scale landscape renovation project. Their technician was the consummate professional. Extremely responsive and knowledgeable, he took the time to answer all of our questions in person, then always followed-up with reporting and work orders as promised. After the initial assessment and with the passage of time, it was clear that additional work needed to be done on the well, which Texan Water executed in a timely and reliable manner, in concert with other trades working on site. We were impressed with the professionalism of their entire staff, as well as how quickly they were able to fit us into their schedule each time we needed them. Texan Water really earned our trust and continues to maintain the well. We will definitely work with them in the future for water well drilling or repair.

Highly recommend Texan Water. Brice and Colton were able to get out to my home and get my system replaced. Couldn't have been more courteous and efficient!! System works great!

Fast and friendly service. Another company was supposed to drill my well, they were not returning my calls and were months later than they were supposed to. Called Texan Water and had a water well by the end of the week.

Texan water is OUTSTANDING. I called with a problem with the pump for my water cistern and Brice called me on the phone and talked me through some things I could try to save me from having them come out. WHO DOES THAT? My problem ended up being a little more involved than I could fix with the tools at hand, and he came out to my location promptly and repaired my leaky valve. Very courteous and fair. I now have Texan Water on speed dial in my phone.

Fast and friendly service, also very knowledgeable. Totally recommend this company. Was trying to contact some water well drilling companies in the area and they would not return my calls. Texan Water did and gave me plenty of information and did not rush me to do business.
