        As a company, our level of expertise is extensive stemming from the number of years that we have been in business to the number of satisfied customers we have developed. Since 1987, the company,guided by owner James DAmico, has provided a list of extensive services in pest control and moisture management to residential and commercial properties throughout the state of New Jersey. We have built our business through experience, integrity, honesty, and diligence. We initially started as a pest control company devoted to eliminating pests issues throughout the property. However, we soon realized that a successful pest control service was not only with providing the proper treatment but through addressing the environment also. By doing so, we were able to effectively provide a more efficient customized service that tackles each individual properties environmental concern and offer a healthier home environment from the ground up. By 1989, we developed an integrated pest and moisture management system. Our ability to practice chemical applications in a safe and effective manner has a low impact to the environment and to the customer. Together with our efforts in practicing integrated pest control solutions and moisture management solutions have helped to reduce the need to use chemicals by making it less conducive to insects and moisture problems. To help minimize insect infestation and maintain a healthy and energy efficient home.
