        Very very nice guys. Honesty is the key, I came all the way from NY to purchase a car that looked great on the website with very low mileage and price. Made it to MA and came home with the car in the same day. They are trustworthy.

        Yep.Its true.This review refers to the MALDEN AUTO SALES location,and and rep named Ed.He was quick,informative,attentive,thorough and went so farabove and beyond my expectations that im just shocked.He communicated effectively about what to expect,he took personal responsability for getting done,he made certain I was happy. This guy needs to win “Employee of the YEAR” and a free trip to Hawaii or something. I went to get my car yesterday and my car was sparkling clean,and everything he told he would do it ,he did everything and more. the end I find out that he’s the Owner.. 5 stars for everything.

        I purchased my 2003 Subaru outback there about a months back now. The car is still in great running condition just as good as the day i left the lot with it. Ed the owner was very nice and very helpful with getting all the information to get the car on the road. He also stayed true to his word and told me anything minor that needed replacement he would fix and did exactly that. He made sure the car was able to pass inspection for me and fixed the driver side window for me. I would highly recommend this car dealership Ed the owner is a great friendly guy and always kept his word with me.

        We never think that someone can make a comment like that about was, even after we make all the effort to address the problem, and fix the car. . I guess we cannot make everybody happy.

        After weeks pass we find out that all this guys wants is his money back because his find something chipper.

        Well one thing we know, that last year we sold 312 cars and we have 1 complain.

        We will continue make all the effort to make all are clients happy.
