DO NOT Go here! I had been using them for years, they used to be okay. 2013 they really screwed up our return, IRS had audited us because of it and trying to get a return call for it to be fixed was ridiculous. They did finally fix it at no charge since it was their fault, so we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Last straw, had an appointment for 4, was 5 minutes late (we have 3 small children, that is an accomplishment), they had us wait for 10 minutes in the 'waiting area' before telling us that we needed to reschedule? Reschedule? The person was not with anyone, why didn't they take us right away?? No thank you, I am not rescheduling, never coming back again!

Fast efficient and cheap love brenda

I went and had my taxes done there for 7 years I thought great prices, I thought i was getting a great deal. Was I wrong, I am a small business owner, so I pay my social security tax thats a biggie along with all taxes, medicare. Well for 7 yrs they never, never toke out Social Security never filled out that line. So guess what, I oue S.S. and medicare over $15,000.00 thats right Fifteen thousand dollars.And I have called several times to talk to them about it and they gave me the runaround for two monthes, and then just stopped taking my calls.WTF so i have found someone else and don't recommend these people oh I have also taked to two other people going to them and one filed 1040ez the other just a 1940 and both have found mistakes and stop using there service. So i have determined the hard way you get what you pay for cheap means cheap inferior service. I only give them one star because site wouldn't let me post without at one .

I have been going there for over 10 years very compotent people would recomend to family and friends better the H+R block and Taxman too expensive!!!! they are very reasonable....
