In 1995, Anchor Benefit Consulting, Inc was purchased by John E. Phipps, Jr. and James Y. Anderson. In February of 1999, John E. Phipps, Jr. purchased James Anderson's portion of Anchor Benefit Consulting, Inc Our Maitland, Florida office provides the day to day claims and administration services.
