Sweet place to train. I enjoy training with Ryan at Garage Muscle, the environment is very welcoming and the other clients that train their are not only helpful but, also motivating. Before starting my program with Ryan I was absolutely discussed with myself, I'd let stress, finances and a dirt bag boss get to me daily and that's when I started packing on the lbs quick. Ryan wanted to know me as a person rather then just a client and goes a long way. Ryan really does have a passion from helping people, I witnessed first hand success become reality for several of his clients, I too will have my day. I'm down 65lbs and went from a size 50 waist to a now 34 after 4 months.

I just signed up at Garage Muscle and it's awesome, I finally can afford to have a personal trainer and get the results I want. The theme here is unlike other training facility's/ studios. Ryan the owner and trainer makes sure everyone is successful. You pay a registration at signing and then $35.00/month and you train 2x/week each week for the duration of your membership at the studio. He gives you meal plans, cardio programs, workout programs, does your body fat, measurements, heck even your blood pressure...he's very precis and 150% professional and serious about his job and his clients. I can't wait for the expansion.

I feel like a new man. High blood pressure and heart disease runs in my family blood line and has always been a problem for me to maintain. My doctor recommended that I begin exercising to reduce future complications so he recommended that I go see Ryan to help me along. As soon as I stepped foot into Garage Muscle Athletic Club I felt very drawn in a positive way. I talked with Ryan for almost 2 hours, he actually cared and I literally began training that day because I was so motivated to begin. I've been a client of his now for almost 2yrs and have no plans to stop training. My blood pressure is down, My HDL & LDL are great and I can now finally enjoy life without the medication.

Overall

I just started training at Garage Muscle with Ryan and I'm feeling great.He has shown me the proper way to train, for the past 2 years I'd been doing things wrong and that was the reason why my results were very little. I started at 280lbs at 42% body fat and now after 6 weeks I'm down to 250lbs at 26% body fat. Training here is awesome, everyone knows each other and we focus on pure fitness and getting results to accomplish our goals. It's not like other gyms where people are talking about the bar scene, texting or doing other nerve racking human errors. I'm excited for the expansion this coming new year and can't wait to welcome the new members/clients coming through the door.

GREAT ....GREAT...GREAT...GREAT gym to workout at. I don't have one bad thing to say about Garage Muscle. Ryan always brings his "A" game to the session(s) and really puts my body on edge. I like the fact that every day is something new, it keeps me intrigued making exercise fun. I started seeing results after the first couple of weeks. I noticed my energy levels increase and found myself being more active with my kids on the weekends. I recommend Ryan and his training facility to anyone looking to train with a good, experienced dedicated trainer.

Overall

Waiting for a training facility like Garage Muscle was long over due. The skill levels present are mixed between beginners up to intermediate. The owner and master trainer Ryan Spiteri keeps things very clean and well structured. I will never use another trainer again or become a member at another gym ever. I can't wait for the expansion coming next Summer.

Overall

By far the best place to train. The motivation level is high and the training is intense for those that need it. He pushes me everyday I train with him, never gives up and makes sure that I reach the breaking point challenging my body. I actually look forward towards training with Ryan every week, I never know what new style or approach we'll take but, one thing is for sure, I'm never disappointed.

Very focused trainer. Ryan literally left no questions unanswered, his responses reflect his knowledge and passion that he has towards his career and helping me become a successful athlete. Since I began working out with Ryan, I've learned how to block out the negative and apply myself positively. I've achieved two of my long term goals already and remain persistent as I continue on with my program.

Ryan is a great trainer, is helped me drop 33% body fat and gain 15lbs of lean muscle. My wife was very pleased and will be starting up with Ryan after the birth of our child. Ryan was very professional and high energized during our sessions, he always would have something new and improved for me to do, my cardiovascular performance also improved and my doctor told me my blood pressure was down and LDL and HDL levels were almost flawless. Ryan and Garage Muscle are defiantly an A+++ in my book of reviews.

Overall

Before I became a client of Ryan's, I had been exercising for almost 1 year straight, I was going to the gym everyday, watching what I was eating and doing the elliptical machine after every workout but, for some reason I just couldn't loose the weight. I lost a little bit in the beginning but, not as much as I had my heart set on and I still was carrying fat/flab in areas I was hoping to target to loose. As a mother and wife it was important for me to stay healthy and active. I had always wanted to look into hiring a personal trainer but, overseeing the trainers at my gym texting, talking and acknowledging other people neglecting their client during session, contributed to my decision to continue on my own. Still though months later I just couldn't shake the weight and after speaking to my husband about it, he mentioned looking into getting a personal trainer. Being a mother of 4, a full time wife and working 30+hrs a week didn't leave me with much time to search for a trainer, so my husband said he'd ask around his office to see if anyone would give recommendations. One of his co-workers told him to look up a company called Garage Muscle, she had said that her husband trained with Ryan and lost 42lbs within the first 8 weeks of his program. My husbands co-worker had nothing but positive things to say about Garage Muscle and the trainer Ryan. So, as you can guess I called Ryan at Garage Muscle www.garagemuscle.com (248)808-9514 and I'm now down 15lbs and about to begin the 5th week of my program. Ryan really is very inspirational keeping me motivated to push my body. He gave me a custom meal plan that explains in detail good foods, bad foods, how to prepare meals, how to select healthy snacks etc...there's no starving myself of carbs or a miracle pill i take. He also gave me a cross training cardio program to do on the days I don't workout with him, he monitors my blood pressure once a week and schedules weigh-ins every 4 weeks to check; body fat, body weight, measurements and talk about the progress of my program. he's always available to answer any question i have, Ryan literally covers everything, I've learned so much from him in such a short period of time i can't wait to see my progress come January.
