My wife got rip off by Chevy Pride in Lynn MA. They charge $139 for 10 minutes just to look at your car and tell you whats wrong. $139 to diagnose a leaking radiator hose is ridiculous. They wanted another $340 just to replace a $20 plastic radiator hose. We went to another trusted mechanic who actually fix the issue and replace the hose for $80.

I bought a new colorado for the company. It's just a basic truck. My experience was great and in would definitely recommend pride.

It was so simple, I simply called went in and met the salesman Eric White and he helped me figure out what I could do t of get into the pickup truck I wanted. Great work pride

Went to Pride after receiving promotion mailer stating that they would give me Kelly Black Book Value, $25,498, on my Avalanche towards a purchase of a Silverado. I couldn't believe how easy it was. They gave me what they said they would and my Silverado is awesome!

I went just looking to see what my options were. The lease of my Honda was coming up, I met Eric who went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable and easy. I ended up lowering my payment and loved the service. They even helped me set my first service appointment.. I would definitely buy from them again. Thank you Pride!!!

Do not get repairs done at Pride Chevy on the Lynnway - Pride ChevroletThey glued my headlights on my car,THEN a few months later my car was in for repairs for the door and the door is not aligned they used some bond and a shim to try and cover these lousy repairs. Speaker is falling off and window doesn't roll up all the way to the rubber and I'm glad I took a closer look. Pride Chevy is sleezy and cuts corners, there is so many safety hazards on my car cause of this and they aren't doing ANYTHING TO FIX IT. DON'T GO TO PRIDE CHEVY. They are running an insurance scam and fraud on their innocent customers.

If I could give a negative number I would, but unfortunately it won't allow me to! I have been searching for a car for the last 2 months. I checked out some places here and there but couldn't seem to find one.



I saw one this morning on AutoTrader, it was for 2012 Honda Accord LX-P. The issue was that the Pride Chevy was about 2 hours away from my house. So before I left I called the sales department. I spoke to a fellow named Sam (actually name) and asked him if the car was still available as I live far away and do not want to waste a trip.



He reassured me that, it was available and that when I got there to ask for him. We hopped in the car and headed toward Lynn. We get there and are wandering around. I finally have to ask a random guy who looked like he worked there if there was a separate Honda side.



I let him know that I spoke to a Sam and was asked to ask for him when I arrived. A few minutes later, Sam arrives. I introduce myself and shake his hand. He then tells me he is going to set me up with a consultant. What, wait, then what the hell does Sam do? Sam brings back this guy, no idea who his name is. Sam says to guy I'm going to pull the car up for her, set up her profile.



We sit with the guy and he tells me that unfortunately the car was sold this morning. I tell him, I called before hand blah blah to make sure it was there, 2 hour drive...



He looks up the "sold" car and starts raving about what a great steal that wasI asked him why he rave about a deal that we were driving up to see and is now gone. What purpose was that serving? He says that Sam didn't know the car was sold, the other side of the dealership sold it, blah blah. My question is why is Sam answering the phone if he can not provide correct answers.



Angry, I gather my things to leave. I'm then told that maybe the car wasn't sold and to hold on, they had to make a phone call. Meanwhile as I wait, my dad goes into an office. I walk over and see this man, slumped back in his chair telling my dad that things happen, that they have been busy all day, "see look at the list of all the cars I sold..."



Pride Chevy, do I give a crap? So when it gets busy, things fall apart and people give poor customer service, don't communicate and get lazy??



The salesman in there were unprofessional, unorganized and lack communication with each other.



How do you NOT know if a car was sold? I would never recommend that place to anyone.
