Overall

Very good food and service on a Friday evening. We ordered the Tuscany Tilapia and Tri-color Tortellini for Lent. (pictured) We also added garden salads. Total bill was $27.

The restaurant is located in a strip mall next to Walmart but it has two sections with plenty of tables.

We will go back again.

This place has HORRIBLE customer service!! I found a black bug with wings in my salad. The waiter says "oh they probably didn't wash the salad". She told the manager to come speak with us, and he walked passed us several times. Came to deliver our food and didn't say anything so I had to initiate the conversation and even then he didn't care. He said "I can give you um 20% off your bill. And I can um go back there and wash all the lettuce off". Never going back. Very nasty!

Last evening we went there for...

Last evening we went there for a special occasion. After ordering, 10-15 minutes later we learn that veal was not available...(nice time to tell us) The order was changed to a steak dish ($16 which was TOUGH). Pasta dishes come only with what sauce hangs to the meat...96% of the pasta is straight from the boiling pot. This time I asked for more. They said they put more on..still with 95% of the pasta sauceless I asked for enough to at least touch all the pasta. I received two tablespoon sized containers of sauce..which was added to the BILL ! Sorry, but if I have to carry a bottle of Ragu with me to an Italian restaurant...is it worth it? In retrospect we should have gone to La Gallo Rosso the Italian restaurant we patronize usually. Some in the group want to return here...next time Ill stick with a small salad and a glass of water. (Did we notify the manager? yes)

I loved their Carbornara. Best I've had since New Hampshire in 1990. Believe me I've tried alot. Service was great. Enjoyed it.

No Wheat! No compensation! Wasted money!Dissatisfaction!

I saw where you were under new management and decided to try Tuscany again, but much to my disappointment your wheat selections are very limited. I asked the Kelly, the asst. mgr. if there was any wheat items and her response was yes, tortellini. I told Kelly that was what I wanted, she told me someone else would wait on me.



Christa came up and I asked her about the wheat where as she showed me on the back of the menu items made w/wheat. I asked for cal zones which she responded that they were not made of wheat. Then she turned the menu and showed me the items on the back of wheat. I told her I would take the Burrito(never having a wheat one, I decided on that).



After a short wait, she came to my table and I told her to make the order "to go". Upon arriving home, I opened my order and there was this big white burrito w/cream sauce(Alfredo). I called back and talked w/Crista and Kelly and they responded that they were sorry.



My order was over $10 and it was money wasted. I had an order that was not what I ordered and I am stuck w/dissatisfaction. If this is new ownership, give it up!

I am the manager and I am very sorry for your dissatisfaction. I have spoken to Kellie and Christa about this and they believe that it was miscommunication. We don't have many requests for wheat, but we do have whole wheat linquine that can be substituted on any pasta dish. Once again, I am truly sorry you had a bad experience, and I'd like to invite you to give us another try.
