I have read all the reviews and I'm so shocked to hear that. I love this place and all the workers. They all have done my hair and all done a super job. So If you read the other reviews and decided not to give them a try your missing out. Only place I go and will never go anywhere else ever

I'd give it zero stars if I could! These people who work here are on something. They have to be to be that dysfunctional. My hair was previously cut in an A LINE BOB with SIDE SWEPT BANGS. It was growing out so I went in for a trim up. My exact words were, "I want a trim up and the style stay the same."

I should have gotten up and left during the shampooing I will tell you why. The old lady who destroyed my hair, was washing it and got a call on her cell phone. She stopped washing my hair and asked if she could take the call and said that it was important. I told her yeah go ahead because I thought it was her kids school or something like that but no....omg, she started cussing on the phone saying every smut word you could imagine. I almost got up and left. I wanted to so bad but I was dripping wet and had soap in my hair. After she hung up she told me, (ME NOW!!!) "Those Godd**** lawyers think I am F****** made of money!"

I was highly offended! I just wanted to get my hair cut and get out of there. That was highly unprofessional of her to talk that way in front of a customer and to top it all off my 12 yr old daughter was sitting there waiting for me and could hear every word this trashy old lady was saying. I wanted to punch her in the face but I kept my cool!

Not only did she act trashy but she messed my hair up so bad. She cut my bangs far too short and cut my hair so short that I looked like a boy! I was so mad! She wonder why she did not get a tip, hmmm DUH! That is not the first time I have ever gotten bad cuts from there. I thought since it was a new person that maybe it would be different. NEVER AGAIN. That woman destroyed my hair and it is all uneven.



Point blank, the people who work there are trashy, talk smut and don't care if kids are there to witness it. They are bad at their job and they should be shut down. Do not go to this place. They will mess your hair up.

I went to get a haircut because mine was just getting too long, I told her to just shorten the top and buzz the sides and back and fade it in around the sides at about half way up, just above my ears, I even showed her a picture of how I had had my hair like 6 months before and wanted it just like that. She cut my hair way too short all around and faded it ridiculously high, so now not only does it resemble the hair style I used to get in the Marines, which I did not want, but I look like a damn carrot with a small patch of hair sticking straight up on top. Who in their right mind wants hair like that? I will never go there again, although I have never in my life gotten a good haircut from an civilian hair place.

I got my long hair cut in aug 2010 by girl with long hair who had a 6 mo old bby. i splained 4 x the cut style i wanted and that i wanted to keep my hair long. i showed her a pic of me with the haircut which i still had only grown out 6 months later. she whacked my hair off to the nape of my neck at its longest poing (touches the collar of a tshirt in length). she was rude and impersonal, i did not converse with her, she did not ask questions, she turned the chair so i could not see her cutting OFF my hair that took 7 years to grow (my hair grows very slowly). I expressly stated that i feared having my hair trimmed because ppl always wanted to cut it off, she said she was the same way and would not cut my hair off (hers was down to the middle of her back, mine was to my bra strap). Then she proceeded to cut my hair off, the style is wrong she did not know how to cut the style i wanted, the front looks right, but thats from the front to the beginning of the ears, which is all i saw when i left. I felt like my hair had been violated which hurt my spirituality, i feel violated. She lacked professional manner.
